When Becca got the text from Cam ("Yo, Skatepark. Be there at 3?") she was a little surprised. Cam wanted to meet with her? And go skating? Sure, Becca could rock a board pretty well, she just didn't know that Cameron could even attempt it. Changing quickly out of her typical Saturday pajamas, she laced up her sneakers and pulled on a pair of fingerless gloves. She grabbed her skateboard and alternated riding and jogging to the park, reaching her destination exactly at 3:06. Hoping he didn't expect her to be punctual, she scanned the small crowd for him, wondering what they'd be up to. www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=68337306

( 25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lrkxuqrxBg1qdzt6do1_500.jpg )Stepping off his board once there was too many people to get through at the park, Cam picked it up, carrying it in his left hand and scanning the area. He'd invited Becca, not for any notable reason other than to see if she would show up so he could torture her a bit more -- even if part of him hoped she really would. The girl was a show, dancing circles around him, playing that little game of hers... it drove him just a bit nuts. Finally spotting her, he smirked. "I knew you'd show," he half-chuckled.

Becca didn't really know why she was there. She didn't have any reason to be hanging out with Cam. Sure, they were friends, but she had a crush and he loved to tease her. Did he even know? She smiled when she saw him and sauntered towards him, trying to look confident and hot. She hadn't really thought about what she was wearing - the tanktop and jeans was just something she threw on. She hoped it looked okay...
"Hey, Cam," she greeted, and widened her eyes in surprise. "You skate? Wow, I wouldn't have guessed..." she laughed, put her own board down, and stepped on. "So what's up? We gonna skate?"

"Wouldn't have guessed even if I invited you here?" the boy cocked his head to the side and grinned, "I surely didn't invite you over to learn," Cameron half-laughed, setting his board down next to his foot and taking a step onto it, biting his lip for a second. She was being nice right now, so, figuring he should take it a bit easier on her, he eased up, "and we can... if you can keep up with me. Can you?" he raised an eyebrow.

Becca laughed a little, nervously. So it was stupid to think that he couldn't skate - he had invited her there, as he acutely pointed out. She didn't want to sound so dumb - it wasn't that she tried, it just happened. When he asked if she could keep up, she grinned, put a foot on her board, and laughed. "Let's ask the right question here: Can you keep up with me?" She challenged, and wiggled her eyebrows as if daring him. Then, without a word, she sped off. She weaved through the small crowd of skaters and made her way to the ramps, going up the first ramp and speeding down the concrete slope connected. "Race you to the fence!" She called behind her.
OOC/ It's totally okay if he beats her.

Cam slid a finger across his bottom lip, please. He wasn't going to take this lightly just because Becca was a girl -- and besides! She wasn't like most, she was a whole lot tougher, she could take it if he beat her, which Cameron completely intended on doing, going on after her, letting her make way ahead of him at first, swerving passed people and gliding against he concrete until he soon passed by her, lightly touching her arm as he did so in order to show that he was in the lead. So, he was kind of showing off... so what? He knew he looked good, and he knew Becca was going to enjoy the view. Slapping his hand against the fence as he stomped the end of his board, bouncing it against his hand, he leaned against it and smirked at her, "Gotcha." He winked at her, chuckling slighty.

Becca was smiling with joy, glad to be in the lead. She was hoping Cameron was enjoying the view of her ass speeding off in front of him, because she was sure she was going to be forever in the lead. She slid along the concrete, even grinding against the edge of a rail and doing a few air tricks, just to see if he'd appreciate her style. The fence was coming closer and closer, and she was so excited - and then he touched her arm. She almost fell off her skateboard, she was so surprised - and when he took the lead? She tried her hardest to get there before he did, but she was five second too late.
She hit the fence and picked up her board, balancing it against her leg. Her face was red and she was flush, panting from the little race they had. When he winked, her heart almost melted, but she was too annoyed that he won to care. "Dangit," she sighed, leaning against the fence. "I totally let you win."

Cam reached over and playfully messed up Becca's hair, "Aww, it's alright," he leaned forward slightly, "maybe if you continue on with your good behavior I'll be the one to start, uh," he cocked his head to the side, "letting you win." Her current state made Cameron laugh, and he ran a hand through his hair, looking around for a second, "Tired? We can sit if you want," he pointed to the drinking fountain over his shoulder, "drinking fountain's over there if you're thirsty."

When he reached out and ruffled her hair, Becca scowled like an indignant child. She stuck her tongue out at him with a small, sly grin as she fixed her hair and waved a hand in front of her face as if that would help her face stop being so red. Ignoring his "letting you win" comment, she nodded when he suggested sitting down, and raised her eyebrows. "Race me to the water fountain - on foot this time?" She challenged, ready to sprint off if he said he'd race her.

Cameron shrugged, "Let's go," this girl was just fueled up, wasn't she? Cam liked it, the way she was always putting up a challenge -- he could keep up, easy, hands down, "Don't drop your board," he winked, waiting a second before the two started up sprinting towards the fountain, which was really not too far from where they were, but still. Keeping up his pace, he made sure not to go too fast -- didn't want to look like an asshole by beating her the whole time, and besides, there was a limit to how much torture you could put a girl through, Cam knew... he had a sister, after all.
yeah so Becca can win c:
