“Maybe that’s why I like you—You’re so optimistic about everything—“ He wasn’t exactly sure what it was, but she was just east to talk to. She was nice about everything too, instead of just telling him it was impossible, like most people did. “Pretty much all the time,” He smirked at the girl, she asked a lof of questions, and she knew a lot about him, but he knew nothing about her, that was a great way to start a friendship, “Makes me seem like a douche doesn’t it?” He figured that it did.
“Can I ask you a question?” He asked, and without waiting for her to respond, he spoke again, “If you don’t sleep with random guys all the time, why did you come over here?” He asked, “I mean… What made you want to come over here?” It wasn’t like he’d invited her over to have a tea party she knew what she was getting into when she came over here.

"I like you too," Aliana half-laughed, smiling as she slid the dark sunglasses on, "we need more people like you at this school," she reached over for one of the pillowed on the bed, sort of just holding and hugging it in her arms. She shrugged when he said she was optimistic, then shook her head, "I just like to believe that anything is possible," she tucked a strand of hair behind her ear, "what's that cheesy saying again? 'If you believe you can achieve'?" she laughed at herself, biting her lip for a second.
Cocking her head to the side when she looked down at Alex, she raised an eyebrow, "Honestly, I almost thought so--" she grinned, "and I would've expected you to be. But you're not."
When Alex asked why she came over there, she let out a breath, looking down and fiddling her fingers, opening her mouth as she tried to think of an answer to his question, "I'm not really sure, myself?" Aliana sighed, smiling to herself, "I kind of did it on an impulse, I was trying to be... I don't know, spontaneous?" she laughed, thinking it was silly, "I like trying out new things," she looked down at Alex, "and if I'm being honest, I originally intended on this being a one time thing, you know, where I'd forget your name and all..." she let her voice drift off for a second, realizing how that sounded, "but you're too cool, and," she placed the pillow back down, slowly sliding the sunglasses off of her face, "I'm sure I know too much to forget you, now."

“How about never say never?” he asked, “Clearly those two times I just said it don’t count, but really thanks for the vote of confidence, maybe when I’m older and rich and famous, I’ll remember you, and I’ll thank you in one of my speeches, I’ll just be like ‘Thank you so much for this, but I’d like to dedicate this to this one chick from my high school that gave good blow jobs and believed in me’ and then the crowd would laugh, and cheer for me because I’m amazingly talented, and funny, “ He joked. He sat up, now and looked down at the bed before he spoke again, it was weird to not be wearing the glasses, but he didn’t mind.
“And I thought you would remember my name anyway,” he sounded a little cocky when he said that, “I mean that was the goal here,” he teased. “I kind of thought I’d forget your name—Wait it is Alice right?” He laughed, “I’m just kidding, Aliana is a nice name, it sounds cool when my computer pronounces it in a robotic voice, “he was pretty sure he wasn’t going to forget her either, and even though they had a weird meeting, it didn’t matter to him, because it seemed like he had made a friend, even in a strange way.

"Well, thank you," Aliana scrunched her eyebrows and glanced to the side and laughed, "for believing in my blow job giving capabilities..." she shook her head, leaning over to put the sunglasses back on Alex's face, fixing his hair a little as she did so, due to OCD, and, she just didn't like messy hair, "It's a shame you wear these all the time," she breathed out, "you have pretty eyes."
She rolled her eyes and elbowed Alex, playfully, when he mentioned her remembering his name, smiling at him, "You know, you're kind of special," she nodded matter-a-factly, "I've never made friends with someone after, well," she wrinkled her nose, "doing things like this." Aliana was much more reserved, going to a boarding school. It wasn't private and full of snobbish kids like the first private boarding school she'd attended, but she definitely kept her guard up. Working her way up the ladder wasn't something she really felt she needed to accomplish at this school, making a few close friends was all she needed, and she could definitely see Alex being one of those few.

“You’re welcome,” he nodded at her, “I do?” He asked, “I didn’t know that,” he’d never had anyone tell him that before. Most people didn’t look at his eyes because he always had them hidden. “I’ve never made friends with a girl after that either, most of them just yell at me because I never call them back or whatever.” He chuckled.
“So Aliana, tell me about you,” Alex said, “I want to get to know you now since you know a lot about me,” he was honestly curious to know more about this girl, so far all he knew about her was that she was good with her mouth, and that she didn’t sleep around much, she seemed like a carefree person by the way she answered his questions, but that wasn’t much to go off of, and since tonight seemed to be share night. He figure he better get to know this girl, “I want to know your deepest darkest secrets,” he teased her, “Not really, but I think it’s your turn to talk,” he said with a grin.

"Well, you don't have to call me back," Aliana smirked, "besides, even if you didn't, that wouldn't be such a good idea because, well," she shrugged and cocked her head to the side, raising an eyebrow, "I know where you live." She laughed, leaning over across Alex to grab her shirt next to the floor of the bed, having started to feel a little cold in just her bra, and put it back on, running her hand through her hair.
Aliana raised her eyebrows when Alex said to talk about herself -- and though that was one of her favorite things to do, she found herself at a blank for a second, trying to think of what to say, "Well," she shrugged, "I don't know," she laughed, "my dad's an architect, so he draws and sketches out a lot of buildings, and I kind of picked up on that too. Drawing, that is, not architecture," she smiled slightly, "I prefer more artistic, abstract type stuff," she shook her head, "sometimes I draw tattoos on myself, I don't know, it's a weird hobby." Aliana never really opened up about her art to much people, nor did many people really know she did -- always keeping it in private for, whatever personal reasons. She thought it was silly of her to think she could make it in the art community, anyhow, so she never thought it important to bring up to anybody.
"Sometimes when I'm bored, I like to lay down at the beach, and just listen to all the sounds. Especially when it's this time of year, when not many people are around, and it isn't crowded..." Aliana shrugged, "I'm from California, so it kind of feels like home when I'm there."

“I probably would have back anyway, I mean I get sex, and a girl who actually believes in me, and I don’t have to pay either,” he said with a smirk, joking with her, “Are you threatening me?” he asked, when she said she knew where he lived, “ ’Cause, I wouldn’t mind you coming back here,” he listened to her talk about herself. He thought it was cool that she wanted to be a tattoo artist, even though she didn't seem like the type of person that would be.
“Do you have any tattoos?” he asked, just curious, he wouldn’t have been able to see them anyway, “ ‘Cause you could give me one whenever you want,” he said with a wink, that he was almost sure she didn’t catch because he was wearing glasses, and he wasn’t entirely sure she was actually looking at him. “What’s California like?” He asked, “Is it nice there?” he’d always heard that California was a nice place to live, but it really didn’t seem like it with all the earth quakes and stuff.

"Just a few, mostly hidden ones," Aliana smiled, about to go off and show him, then remembering his condition and deciding to describe it herself, "I have a lotus flower on the back of my left shoulder, in white ink, so it looks pretty cool, like a scar, except, well, prettier." She shrugged, leaning forward for a second, "I also have my name in black, right above," she took his hand, placing it on the area above the left side of her chest, "here."
She laughed at him slightly, then shrugged, "California is the best," she sighed, reminiscing on the years she lived there for a second. She was so... different back then. Stuck up, really, at least to a point. Aliana didn't know her real place until she moved to New York. Popularity and status just wasn't something she wanted to strive for anymore.
"I've always loved going to the beaches there," she fiddled with a strand of hair, "they were usually crowded, but I still loved it, watching everyone doing their own thing, not caring," she shook her head, "everyone had pretty high opinions of themselves, though," Aliana cocked her head to the side, "so there was alway a constant battle for everyone's attention. I remember how pissed my ex best friend got when I won homecoming queen as a sophomore."
She looked to Alex, biting her lip for a second, "The people here are boring compared to over there, but, I like it better. And you're one of my new favorite people here, so."

“Sophmore year?” He repeated in a question form, “You must have been pretty popular,” He tried to imagine her as one of those popular girls, who seemed to be getting pregnant left and right around here, but he couldn’t imagine the girl he was talking to acting anything like them. “I can’t imagine you as the type of person, I mean an…” He struggled to find a nice way to say it but it didn’t seem like there was a way to say it without being mean, “You really don’t seem like an attention whore type of person to me, I mean not that all popular people are attention whore’s but most of them tend to be,” he hoped that she didn’t take that in a mean way.
What he really meant was that she seemed to cool to be one of those people who acted like they were on top of the world even though they weren’t, and kind of bullied everyone. She seemed cool actually, “Really? I don’t consider myself boring, but then again, I don’t really do anything all day, besides sit in my dorm, maybe you should show me how to be interesting some time,” to her comment about people here being boring, he chuckled a bit, and thought about it for a second before he spoke. Was he really boring? Well it could be said about him, but once you got to know him, he wasn’t a boring person, or so he thought anyway.

Aliana laughed, "Oh, I was horrible," she shook her head, scrunching her eyebrows, running a hand through her hair as she tried to remember all the things she used to do, "I never did anything morally wrong, I mean," she bit her lip, "I didn't lose my virginity until I started going to this school," she rolled her eyes, "but I was definitely pretty icy towards other people, regardless if they deserved it or not." Aliana looked down, feeling guilty for a second, "I can still be like that, but," she looked up at Alex, smiling slightly, "there's really no reason for me to be. Not that person anymore."
She opened her mouth, realizing how her wording came off, shaking her head, "Oh, no, Alex," she giggled, "no, you're not boring, you are most definitely not boring," she squinted, "it's just, this place... nothing happens, really. Trust me, I've met a handful of pretty interesting kids around here," she insisted, "but, other than that, this school? It's pretty uneventful. These kids have to make up their own drama to keep themselves entertained," Aliana placed a hand on his arm, "nothing comes natural to them. But you, you're not like that, really."
