Name:
Charlotta Nina Medina. In all honesty her mother just wanted to call her 'Nina Medina', thankfully Charlie's grandmother managed to convince her daughter this wasn't a good idea. Nowadays Charlotta goes by Charlie, she feels it suits her much more, now only her family members refer to her as Charlotta, or 'Little Nina'.
Age:
Fifteen, her birthday is on the 6th of May.
Grade:
Sophomore, she's one of the youngest in her grade.
Clubs/Sports:
Charlie was heavily involved with Cheer-leading in her Freshman year but now hardly ever joins in with it anymore. Sometimes if the squad is a person down she'll fill in for them.

Appearance
Charlie is fairly confident in her appearance, and you can tell just from the way she walks. Head held high, back straight, she knows that she looks good, though she's not one to say such things, she'll just think them. Height wise Charlie isn't very impressive, she's 5"4. but she doesn't like to think that height is everything. Though she's a little flat in the chest area she likes to think that she makes up for it by having the nicest butt in the world. Legit. Most of her outfits involve short-shorts just so she can show off what she believes to be her best feature.
Well ... Back to Charlie's head region. So! Charlie's hair is dark brown and is cut to chin-length, but she does own extensions which she clips in every now and again. Charlie very rarely wears makeup, she just loves her natural complexion too much.
Personality
Boisterous. Intelligent. Pretentious. Adventurous. Sassy.
Ever since Charlie was a little girl flicking through the pages of travel books she's been looking for an adventure. Other kids were coloring in pictures of Thomas the Tank Engine, Charlie was drawing red sharpie lines over her parents road maps, planning her epic adventures across the states. There has to be more out there than school, work and then settling down, and Charlie is determined to find it.
Despite her being generally very distracted from her school work Charlie is very intelligent, in most subjects she studies. Not only is she books smart, but Charlie is quite street smart, she knows what's what. In an argument she is always one to bring up smart points and usually leave the person she was arguing with dumbfounded. Sometime's this can lead her to seeming a little obnoxious, but she rarely ever fits in to that category.
Sometime's Charlie can be pretentious, she'll use words she doesn't know the meaning of, and talk about subjects she doesn't fully understand as if she knows everything there is to know about it. Most of the time her pretentiousness is just her trying to fit in with a group, she has a need to fit in with groups.
The definition of boisterous is; noisy, energetic, and cheerful, which basically sums that side of Charlie up perfectly. Another word thrown around when speaking about Charlie is; Sassy, and the definition of that is; lively, bold, and full of spirit, yet another perfect word for Charlie!
History
Charlotta Nina Medina was born on the 6th of May 1997, into a huge Spanish/Italian family. Charlie was born in Pheonix, Arizona, where she continued to live until she left for boarding school in New York. Ignacio Medina, her father worked in a garage, fixing cars for a living. The garage was a family business, and basically every boy to come out of the Medina family went on to work there. Adriana Medina, Charlie's mother worked as a magazine editor, it was a nature photography magazine, and Charlie always found it fascinating when she'd visit her mother at work.
Like I mentioned before the Medina family is huge, in Charlie's house alone there were fourteen people living together. There was her mother and father, of course, then her fathers parents, her fathers youngest brother and his wife and child, and then Charlie's six siblings, and Charlie herself.
Growing up was great for Charlie, and though she rarely ever got time to herself, she didn't mind it. Looking after her siblings was a part of her life, and she found it fun. Having her grandparents living in the same house as her was amazing, as they let her get away with all the things her parents didn't. It was a sad day when she had to say goodbye to go to boarding school. The idea of going to school in New York came from Charlie's mother. All of the Medina children were sent away to different boarding schools across the states, as Adriana thought it would be 'character building', which it definitely was.
