Full Name: Elodie (eh-lo-dee) Josephine Macalinao Adler
Gender: Female
Age: 14 / May 2, 1998
Grade: 9
Sports/Clubs: Cross Country (Fall), Gymnastics (Winter), Tennis (Spring), Yearbook
Appearance:
Elodie has long, wavy jet-black hair just like her late mother that flows down to her waist. Her eyes are hazel, bringing contrast to her dark locks. She has natural full pink lips, though her bottom lip is slightly thicker than her top. Like her older brother, her complexion is tan (but not baked, this ain't Jersey Shore, y'all).
She stands at five feet, four inches and weighs about 115 lbs. Elodie is so lean because she is always active, whether it be dance, martial arts, or sports. For her everyday make up, she applies thin eyeliner and lip balm with a sheer, pink tint. As for her clothing style, she's a comfort kind of girl, considering how physically active she is, but that doesn't mean Elodie doesn't have her fair share of dresses and high heels. In fact, she loves the stunned expressions she gets when shows up to school in a floral sundress and nude pumps with her hair curled.
Personality:
Despite the fact that she is a strong (literally and figuratively) girl, Elodie is still young and thus she is naive. She knows wrong from right, but if you know how to use your words effectively, she may be persuaded to change her mind. This also contributes to why Kenix is so protective of her and instead of rebelling like most younger siblings do, Elodie welcomes her older brother's opinions and almost always asks him first before doing anything.
Elodie is a very kind, sweet, and caring person. She sees the good in everyone and tries to help others as much as she can. Being so young, she cannot offer much advice, but if there's one personality trait that she shares with her brother, it's that she is also a great listener. If you need someone to talk to, a shoulder to cry on, or just need some company, Elodie is your girl.
Background:
Kenix was three years old when his mother and father brought home baby Elodie. He really wanted a baby brother to play superheroes with or to wrestle when they were older, but the moment he laid eyes on his little sister, Kenix couldn't have asked for more. As they grew older, Elodie stuck to her big brother like glue and he didn't mind one bit. He let her tag along everywhere he went.
When their mother died, Kenix was hit the hardest of the two because he was the older child. It made him realize how fragile life was and it also made him very protective of Elodie. Of course, she was a strong girl who could do things on her own, but she was young and he didn't want anything to happen to her. In fact, the reason he works two jobs is so that his sister wouldn't have to. She just needed to focus on school and her extracurricular activities.
With their father working from before sunrise until after sunset, Kenix became a second fatherly figure to her. He cooked, cleaned, and took her places she needed to go. After a lot of pleading, he convinced their father to allow them to attend Somerset High where his best friends Mark and Elaine for his senior year and Elodie's first year.
