Full Name: Rita Stewart
Age: Sixteen, she was born on December 26
Gender: Female
Grade: Sophomore, 10th
Sports/Clubs: No.
Appearance: The Stewarts are very tall people and as a result, Rita stands at five foot eight inches. Her weight is something that she doesn't like to talk about but not because she thinks she's heavy but because she is underweight and doesn't need people demanding her to eat. Actually, Rita doesn't like people telling her what to do, period.
What people admire most of Rita's physical attributes are her eyes. She has very intense, light blue eyes. Something she also admires herself. Her hair is the color black and she has never put it through any dye. It's natural.
Her lips are full and her cheekbones are high. Rita is a mixture of her mom and dad, no, literally.
Personality: Rita is a rebel without a cause. She doesn't go by anybody's rules not even those of her dad. However, because her father is very very important to her she doesn't break his rules right in front of him. She has to do that in secret. It's the respect he's earned from her. Now, any other person can see her wreck things under their nose. Rita has no respect for anyone as much as she has for her dad. To have her respect, earn it. She doesn't out of the blue disrespect someone but start bossing her around and she will spit on your face. No, not literally. That is if she finds you to be disgusting.
Despite her rather solid, iron lady like attitude, Rita can be very regretful. She doesn't understand how people can say #yolo and not be aware of the consequences. Rita knows plenty of the consequences which is why she has such a big conscience. In the quiet of her room, she thinks through what she's done. Like speeding in the highway after having several drinks and risking her life. Rita only cries when she's alone and shows no fear or remorse around others. Not even her own father has seen her crumble but because he's never cried nor showed any fear in front of her. Rita caught onto his influence.
All Rita does is waste her youth. She may believe that she's living a teenage dream but in reality, she's only cutting down her life little by little. She's almost as faded as her mother but not quite. She's extremely loyal, we can give her that. It's probably one of the reasons why she can even keep friends. Rita is also very intelligent but what she has of intelligence, she has of laziness and it is why she doesn't have outstanding grades. She thinks that high school is but a popularity contest and a jail of broken dreams. Rita is also quite poetic, too.
Background: Rita never knew her mother. It has never really bothered her, really. She knows what her motives were and if that was the way she wanted it to be, then fine. Lana was a druggie looking for the end of the rainbow. She wanted the pot of gold but she also wanted to be free. Which was why she clung onto Douglass Stewart, a wealthy and good looking young man who was helplessly devoted to her. She knew she had it made, this was her life - the life she deserved. Unaware of her terrible habits, Douglass married her and offered her half of his financial commodities that Lana could not reject. She got high behind Douglass, even while she was pregnant but he never knew. Lana was not happy being pregnant. Her five month stomach got in the way of her stealth. She wanted to either give birth to what she called the thing growing inside of her or abort it because it was such a bother to her. Douglass could sense her frustration but only believed it to be pregnancy mood swings. He did her best to help her get through without knowing he was married to a psychologically unstable drug addict. The four months before Rita's birth were hell to her.
A week after Rita's birth, Lana had had enough of her domestic life. Even so, she didn't have any resources to find the cocaine she so craved. She started becoming so frustrated that she began abusing her infant daughter. One night after coming home from work, Douglass found Lana physically hurting his daughter. He became infuriated and asked her what was going on. Honestly, Lana had become a mess. She was desperate and it showed by the way she pushed her ebony hair, dug her nails into her scalp and cringed her teeth explaining to Douglass that she wanted cocaine, that she craved it and that "the damn kid wouldn't shut up" and that "she was going fucking crazy with the crying" Douglass was going to help her but what Lana stated next drew the line for him, "I wish she had never been born I should have aborted her when I had the chance." With all the pain in his heart, Douglass kicked Lana out of their home. He filed for divorce and left her with some of his money, still having only pity for her.
Douglass should have known that Lana had no intention of being a good mother, or being a mother at best. He was the one who was excited about Rita's birth. He practically named her! Seeing his bright eyed baby lying in her craddle, a little uncomfortable from the yells, he vowed never to let any harm come to her.
Rita grew up in good environment. Her father decided that it would be best if they lived with extended family since they were only two and it could get lonely. Basically, Douglass wanted Rita to be around people and have a sense of what it's like to socialize. He never spoke to her about her mother's abuse nor did he tell her that her mother was a drug addict. As far as Rita knows, her mother is misunderstood and she needed some time to get herself together. Douglass never promised her that Lana would come back but he didn't lie to her. Lana is or was a lost soul. A lost case. Anything lost and she was going to have a hard time finding herself. Rita felt enough love from her family that her mother was only a small part missing from her life.
Being around a male figure most of the time made her become a little defiant. Rita is a good person. She was never a bully despite she may have seemed a little rough. She just loved to play sports and look for ladybugs during grade school. But she also liked playing with Barbies; she was all-around. As she began growing up, the instinct of trying new things kicked in. Rita smoked her first cigarette at the age of fourteen and liked it so much that she continues smoking. Douglass thinks she should quit and has no idea who even allows her to buy cigarettes in the first place but then he realizes that she probably flirts with the liquor store cashier to get them. That Rita.
Other:

- She's not sure if she's being sarcastic or serious at times. But she is very sarcastic which adds humor sometimes. Rita's a comic relief.
- Rita's intimidating which is why she's never gotten laid.
- She doesn't know how to cook. Whoops. So cook for her why don't ya'.
