It was irresponsible to spend money on a Disney cruise when she was pregnant but some tiny part of Esme knew that she needed this... They needed this. She and Jonathan were normally very responsible parents - always putting the best of their daughter above their own wants and she was starting to feel a little desperate for a break so she booked a trip on her dad's credit card and invited some people to join them. It wasn't going to be this huge thing but it had been cheaper to book as a group then it would be separately. Plus, who wants to go on a cruise with just their little family when they could go with almost everyone that they care about? This would make wonderful memories that she and Jonathan would think back on for the rest of their lives.. Or at least that was what she'd told her dad to justify the cost not that she really needed to since he wasn't technically paying for it.. He was still receiving alimony and child support from Kendra so really her and her new husband were unknowingly footing the bill which made Esme happy in ways that she couldn't even begin to explain.
It was kind of like she was getting back at her for rejecting her all these years even though her mother didn't really even realize that she was paying for this which kind of made it all the more fun for her. She had almost decided to dress up a little in a cute sundress but it was actually chilly so that ruined the plan and she had to go with something else meaning a tan sweater and one of her pairs of shorts that still fit with her new pregnant walrus body type.. Okay so she didn't even really look pregnant but she felt like she was massive. Cici was in a similar outfit but she didn't have brown sandals and she wouldn't leave her cheetah print bows in her hair so Esme took them out and currently had them in her purse. It was safe to say that Esme had too many bags for a week long cruise since she had three duffle bags and a rolling suitcase just for herself but you only live once, right? She didn't want this trip to be ruined just because she left something at home. Who goes on a cruise without seven different fancy dresses? Or at least ten different pairs of shoes? She wasn't the type who could just plan out their outfits ahead of time.
Once everyone was allowed to board and she had their belongings in their room, she decided to explore a little bit with Cici. Why waste time in the room? She was already loving the experience and it'd barely began. How could she not? She had an ice cream in one hand and Cici in the stroller in front of her but where was everyone? Mostly Mark but that was just because she wanted to fuck shit up with him and he kind of needed to be there for that to work... she was pretty sure.

Wasting no time to get this show on the road, Mark literally pranced to his room to leave his belongings so he could head out and explore this wondrous place. Actually, he didn't really prance, but he walked quicker than most that were in the latter (most being the adults because the children were running up to his speed). There was really no shame in that. After all, Mark had never been on a Disney Cruise before. He had only gone to the resort in Hawaii for a school field trip and it costed his parents a eye of dime in order for that to happen. He was thankful that Esme's stepdad had paid for his ticket and such but he also had money he had gathered up from work inside his wallet. If there was something Mark felt uncomfortable doing, it was being a freeloader. As much as he loved free stuff, he didn't like taking advantage of others. He took what was given to him, but that was it. Everything was so cute! Mark really loved the swimming pool but he was definitely planning to get in. He wasn't trusting with swimming pools because one, they had bleach in them and two, the space was so small that you don't know who does what inside of there. He preferred the natural saltiness of the sea. He supposed he was a Finding Nemo kind of guy. Where were Esme, Keisha and Kenix? Or anyone else, anyways. He eating a popsicle despite it being November and it being totally random for him to be here. It wasn't as if Mark wasn't odd himself. He had been having particular choices in outfits nowadays but it was all about being young and having fun. He couldn't go wrong with practically anything. It was only his youth that helped him though. It wouldn't be the same if he were say, twenty six. When he caught sight of Cici and Esme, walked toward them and said, "Oh hey~" he greeted before kneeling down to greet Cici who must have found it ultra weird that she was on cruise in this season. He took off his sunglasses and gently placed them on her. "Now she looks swaggie." he laughed.

Most people who go on Disney cruises typically have children or some relation to a child going but Isabel really believed that it would be more fun to go without pesky children ruining all the fun. She didn't have to worry about a little snot-faced brat following her around, demanding her attention and taking away her quality eating time. Didn't people realize all of the delicious foods available? She'd been on board for less than two hours and she'd already ate an ice cream, a corn-dog and she was currently eating a thing of gravy cheese fries which were simply fabulous despite being horrible for her. She was appreciative that Esme had offered to pay but her own father had raised her not to take handouts so she had him foot the bill... He'd been awfully giving lately but she wasn't going to question it when it led to her getting to go on a Disney fucking cruise.
Where was everyone though? She'd been so busy eating that she hadn't even bothered trying to find out if this was going to be more of a group trip or if they were all just doing their own thing... Kind of sucky if nobody was planning on spending any time together but there wasn't anything that she could do about that. She couldn't force people to bond! But none the less, she was eager when she saw Esme, Cici and Mark together even though it meant hanging out with a baby. Cici wasn't the average baby! She actually enjoyed spending time with the tiny human mostly because she was quite fond of both of her parents. She looked adorable as per usual and her mother was always fashionable so that wasn't a surprise but dear God.. What was Mark wearing? "Oh goodness... Mark.. you do realize that we aren't in Hawaii, right?"
She laughed to try and make it seem like a joke but she really was judging him even though she was trying to wear more sexy pieces to attract the attention of poor husbands who are no longer getting any from their pathetic wives. She obviously wouldn't actually do anything but it was nice being wanted. "You guys need to try some of the food here.. It's like heavenly." She didn't even think twice before picking Cici up from her stroller and snuggling her close. She was really good with her for someone who 'hates babies'.

Esme raised a brow when Mark put sunglasses on Cici and said that she looked 'swaggie'... Who was he now? Justin Bieber? She was about to comment on that when Isabel came over with her gravy cheese fries and scooped Cici up. She didn't really mind people taking Cici like that since it was always someone that she trusted and her daughter loved every second of it. "Oh wow.. You aren't wearing a bikini!" She didn't mean it offensively or anything, she was simply pointing out the fact that Isabel typically didn't turn down the chance to wear something more sexual well not like her current outfit was exactly modest but it was a step up from the spiked black and gold bra top, leather shorts and way too high heels that she'd wore to Disney land earlier last year. She actually giggled a little at her comment on Mark's shirt even though she actually thought that he looked quite handsome like this. "Mark, you look adorable."
Okay so adorable was probably not the best word to describe the outfit of an almost grown man but whatever, too late now. "Have you guys seen the Mickey Mouse pool? I wanna swim but it's so cold out right now that I don't know how those kids are handling it." She didn't want to miss out on the opportunity but she also really didn't want to freeze to death... Was it even safe to do that when you're pregnant? She knew hot tubs were dangerous but she hadn't heard anything about swimming in really cold pools... Maybe they just thought it would be common sense not to go in them? "Do you guys think little kids pee in the pool? Because if they do then that really changes my mind about going in the water..."
She probably should just go with the assumption that they do for her own safety but you never know... She wanted this experience to be something that she looked back on fondly not with regret for the things that she hadn't done.

Isabel seriously had just woken up on the wrong side of the bed - without no one. It was a sinister thought but Mark wasn't regretting anything. He then looked down to his shirt before looking to Isabel, he pouted and sniffed after standing up straight. "You always break my heart but not my spirit." he brushed his shoulders off and grinned softly before popping his collar as if showing off his rather floral shirt.
He then looked to the pool and cringed, "It's cute and all but..." he took a pressed his lips to the Mickey Mouse shaped tangerine flavored popsicle and tilted his head. "Not only children - adults too. Or teenagers." he then got a bright idea. Well it wasn't technically his idea. He had seen it on the Suite Life of Zack and Cody.
"Chocolate ice cream..." he said, lost in thought. A smirk then appeared on his lips before raising an eyebrow. Mark wasn't raised evil, he just had tendencies. Those appear once you change drastically and you're somewhat vengeful. Nothing serious, not at all. He's not that innocent like Britney Spears would say but misquoting.
