"Jon....." Esme whined quietly into Jonathan's shoulder as she snuggled closer to his body. She had an easy time hiding the fact that she was having a difficult time this pregnancy. She wasn't nearly as sick as she had been with Cassidy but she still had her moments where she felt so horribly nauseous that she just didn't know what to do with herself. "Jon... Wake up." She was trying to get him up as gently as possible so he would be in a good enough, albeit likely groggy, mood and he'd be more than happy to get her a nice mug of her favorite green tea to settle her stomach. "Hmm?" She smiled weakly as he finally woke up even if it was only a little bit. "Baby, I feel sick." She actually whimpered when she said it which she knewv was pathetic since she sounded like a small puppy or child not a married seventeen year old soon to be mother of two. "Are you okay, Es?" The genuine concern in his tone reminded her that she was with who she was suppose to be.
She barely had time to shake her head no before the urge to throw up became overwhelming. She leaped out of bed with a hand over her mouth and she was honestly scared that she wouldn't make it to the bathroom even though it wasn't very far from the bed. She wasn't surprised when she heard footsteps following after her and felt Jonathan's gentle touch on her shoulders as he lowered himself onto the ground to her level. His fingers were stroking her hair affectionately in the oh so soothing way that he use to do when she was pregnant the first time around. The stomach bile burned her throat as it came up along with what she had eaten earlier in the day. She had a pounding migraine already and she just wanted to go lay down with a mug of tea and have Jonathan comfort her.
"Thank you, baby..." She wasn't sure if he would even hear her! He offered her his hand to assist her in standing up and rubbed her shoulders while she cleaned herself up. She was grateful to have someone like him who cared enough about her to help her to their bed and instruct her to lay down. Where had she gone so right in her life to end up with someone like him?
He returned to her with a mug of steaming hot green tea with Ginger and honey... just like she liked it. "Thank you..." She took slow careful sips and watched some rerun of Jersey Shore. She was actually surprised when she noticed that Jonathan was still awake with her! He had work tomorrow! She fell asleep laying curled up next to him with his strong arms wrapped around her body like she was a precious jewel that needed protecting. She had been worried about Cassidy Simmons coming in and charming him away with her womanly ways but something about the way that Jonathan stayed up with her when he didn't need to made her feel like she had nothing to worry about.
If the worst thing that Jonathan said about her was that he didn't like her stripping then that was a good sign! She knew that she had many flaws but he just never seemed to notice them. Hell, she never noticed his! She knew that he wasn't perfect but she loved him despite that.[/size]
