"I'm home," Kegan called when he walked in the door. None of the lights were on, but Thalia's car was in the drive so he knew she was home.
She must already be asleep. He shrugged off his jacket and placed his keys on the kitchen counter. That was the one thing that sucked about working late — nine times out of ten, Thalia was either already asleep on in bed when he got home. They almost never had any alone time together anymore.
He walked through to the dining room and saw a note on the table next to a nerf gun.

Welcome home from work!

He smiled to himself and picked up the gun. Could she be more adorable? It was like she knew he had a stressful day and needed some fun to break up the doldrums.
"Thaliaaa," he called in a singsong voice, gun ready to fire. "Come out come out wherever you are!" He crept up the stairs and through the hallway towards their bedroom, careful not to wake Cole. He'd really been a lot easier now that his colic was starting to calm down. Those Dr Brown bottles were really a gift from God himself.

Thalia placed her arm across her mouth as she heard Kegan talking. She tried to refrain herself as best as possible to keep herself from having a laughing attack. She was in their bathroom in their room hiding in the shower. She had a water gun in one hand, and the Nerf gun in her other. As she heard him walking up the stairs, she moved her arm her mouth.
"I see you!"she screamed as he walked into their bedroom. " And you look sexy as fuck in that cvs shirt baby, although you'd look alot better if i can get it off of you"she teased with a small giggle. She knew Kegan needed to relax and have fun for once. So she knew this would be something to really keep him from having all the stress from being at work. Normally she wouldn't be awake right now. But she made sure she took a long nap before he got home so she could do this.

She stuck her hand out the door of the shower and towards the door of the bathroom. She loaded the Nerf gun with more ammo before shooting a couple right in front of him as he walked. She hid back behind the shower again to make sure he couldn't see her as she got her squirt gun ready to attack him if he walked in.

The little nerf bullets almost hit him when she fired.
"Ahh, you've given away your position soldier!" He moved aside the glass door and stuck his head in. "Rookie move, baby!" He said before he hit knob to turn on the water in the shower. Was she really not expecting that by hiding in there? Silly girl.

Kegan didn't stay in the room long enough to hear her reaction, knowing he would get it as soon as she had her hands on him. He ran into the hall linen closet, which barely closed because it was so backed with towels. There was a little crack in the door, but he was hoping she wouldn't notice that.

He kept his gun pressed against his chest so he could fire if she did open the closet. It was difficult not to laugh because he was already having so much fun. How did she know he needed something like this?

Because she's the perfect girl. Duh.

Thalia squealed when she felt the freezing cold water hit her. What a jerk! She turned off the water and got out of the shower even though she was now dripping wet, but they could always clean up the water on the floor later. She wiped her feet on their floor mat outside their tub to make sure she didn't slip, because chasing after Kegan. "Kegannnn! Come out, come out, wherever you are!"she called out with a small giggle to herself.
Thalia looked around the bedroom and down at the hallway when she saw a little crack in the door way of the linen closet. She grabbed her water gun in her hand and pushed open the linen closet door quickly and started squirting him with one gun, and shooting him with the gun in her other hand.

After he was slightly wet and had been shot, she put her guns down on the floor. "I call a truce since its obvious I have won this battle, and you have lost"she said grabbing him by the collar of his shirt and pulling him playful against her. She took his gun out of his hand and dropped it on the floor before wrapping her arms around his neck. "I'm all wet because of you"she said with a smirk when she realized how dirty that sounded. But it was a true statement, he did turn on the shower head to get her wet.

"How was work?"Thalia asked giving him a sweet kiss on his lips before bending down and picking up the two Nerf Guns and the one water gun. She walked over to their dresser putting the guns on it. Before walking back over to him and hugging him. "I figured since I was able to get Colton to sleep for a while now, we could have a little fun ourself"she said with a smile up at him.

Kegan laughed when Thalia started spraying him. "You jerk!" He piced her up around the waist and was getting ready to swing her over his shoulder when she gave in.
He sat her down on her feet again and crossed his arms, "Ahh. So you quit. I win by default," he winked at her and took off his shit following her into the bedroom.
"Work was good. Boring, but not awful," he pulled his belt out and them kicked off his pants.

"I'm taking a shower," he said as he walked in the bathroom. "Wanna join me, Mrs. Conely?" He winked at her and started the water. "Or are you uh...wet enough?" He thought it was funny that she'd accidentally made a sexual joke. Truth be told, Kegan and Thalia hadn't had sex sex in...he really couldn't remember. Maybe a month? Cole used to be so difficult with his colic, but now that he'd been feeling better...

He pulled off his boxer briefs and stepped into the steamed up shower. He was seriously hoping Thal would join him, but if she were simply too tired, he'd understand.

Thalia laughed as Kegan made fun of her sexually comment she had made. "I'm never too wet for you, Mr. Conley"she winked at him and laughed to show she was only joking. She followed him into the bathroom and grabbed a hair tie out of the counter drawer.
She tied her hair up in a bun before watching him take off his box briefs and get into the shower, "I don't know, i'm really enjoying the view of just watching you"she said before giving in.

Although she had taken a shower a couple hours before he got home... You can never be too clean. She took off her her t-shirt and and shorts, before taking off her bra and panties too. She walked out of the bathroom and grabbed the baby monitor and set it on the counter encase Cole started crying, before getting into the shower too.
After she stepped into the shower she watched him for a second, the water running down his amazing body. She could stare at him for hours, honestly. He was completely gorgeous. And all hers.

Thalia stepped closer to him in the shower running her hands down his body as she water now ran down the both of them. "I love you"she whispered leaning up on her tippy toes and kissing him.
"And I love everything about you"she said in between kissing him. She started to trail kisses down his neck before sucking a little on his collarbone before returning her lips to his.
