Name: Hannah Briden.
You might know my little sister Sierra, she's a Freshman.
Age/Grade/DOB: I'm sixteen, and I was born on February 14th. Yeah, I'm a Valentines baby, get over it. I'm a junior, but I'm new here.
Appearance: I'm constantly changing my looks. Ever since I was really young, I've hated my appearance. Even though I'm two and a half years older than Sierra, she was always the pretty baby in the family, even when she went missing. Since I was old enough to make my own decisions about clothing, I've been making my appearance different. I can't stand being compared to my little sister, and I refuse to be the ugly girl. So I'll make myself pretty, if that's what it takes.
Hannah was born a natural strawberry blonde, with piercing grey-blue eyes. When it rains, her eyes turn a dark grey. However, no one notices because she's constantly putting in colored contacts. She's been changing herself since she was in sixth grade. She hasn't seen her natural hair color since then, except for when her roots grow out. She's even dyed her eyebrows, and now they won't go back to the natural color they once were. She's always had an obsession with her body image. She was once a chubby little girl, with chipmunk cheeks and crooked teeth and a little toddle when she walked. She started dieting young, when she was eight, and begged for braces when she was ten. then she began to dye her hair, and buy herself contacts and crazy clothes.
In terms of style, Hannah sticks to being emo-chic. She often wears ripped tights, short shorts, and a cute shirt. She just likes to be outrageous. Her hair is big, her make up is fabulous, and she walks around like she owns the place. That's just Hannah, and everyone knows it.
Personality:
Fake Confidence: Hannah likes to strut around and pretend that she's big and bad. She wants to be respected, wants to make a name for herself. She personally can't respect her own person, however. She doesn't have confidence in herself and what she has on the outside is all pretty much fake - but very believable.
Self Destructive: Hannah has always been a ticking time bomb of trouble. She's done drugs, been to the hectic parties, drank herself into oblivion. She's not an addict, but she's dangerous around substances.
Fun Loving and Crazy: She lived her life never knowing fun. Now that she's out of the house she wants to party, and party hard! She'll crash any gathering if it means meeting people and making memories. She's very social and friendly, and willing to do all the crazy dares.
Flirty and Unafraid: Hannah Briden is not a slut. She's only been with one guy, and that lasted for two years until she moved and they decided to take a break. She's just a flirtatious person. She'll kiss you if she feels that she wants to - but she wont go that much farther unless she really likes you.
History: Sierra Briden was stolen from her family when she was three years old, taken from Marci-Mill Mall when her mother had turned her back. No one could find her - she had been taken out of her home state by Peter and George Yanchov, a gay couple living in New York. Just because the police had no leads, however, didn't mean that anyone was going to give up. Stacey Briden was obsessed with finding her little girl - she pushed her family away to focus on the one small, missing member. Eventually, Paul Briden left her and his children, promising to return with their daughter. The rest of Sierra's siblings were left to learn to fend for themselves or help find their sister. Their lives revolved around Sierra. They thought she was dead or being abused or living it rough on the streets, when she was really living in Pent House conditions in New York.
Though Hannah won't admit it, she's always been jealous of Sierra. When she was five and her little sister was three, everyone fawned over the perfectly red-haired baby and left little blonde Hannah to stare in fascination. People seemed so eager to love Sierra, they wanted to see her smile and hear her laugh and give her any gifts she could ask for. Once, their grandmother came to visit. Sierra got a big plastic doll house and a little doll family, while Hannah got a Barbie and not even clothes to go with her generic pink outfit. She had cried for days about it, and her mother had to teach her a lesson about being jealous - yet she never learned from it.
When her little sister went missing, Hannah was pushed aside. Her mother couldn't look at her without bursting into tears, because she looked so much like Sierra. Her father told her multiple times that it would all pass, that they would find her sister and the family would go back to being normal. But that never happened - even when Sierra was found, things were still crazy. The girl was a total snob, and refused to even associate with the family. She blamed her real family for putting her kidnappers in jail, and lashed out at everyone. She turned to sex and recklessness to spite her caring birth parents, who didn't know what they had done wrong.
Hannah never forgave her for spending so much time with Peter and George Yanchov. She believed that a three year old could have been able to ask for help. She remembered reading the books about safety with her! So why couldn't she just run away or go to the police, maybe after she grew up a little? Hannah has always believed it was because she was selfish and a little brat. She loves her little sister, but she dislikes her attitude and her blatant disregard for anyone else's feelings. She truly wants to be a big sister, but she just can't handle the unloving, unfeeling child that Sierra turned into.

More Information:
- When the Briden family decided to send Sierra off to Somerset, they forced Hannah to go with her. They wanted her to be a protective big sister, even though Hannah would love to do just the opposite.
- She has a septum piercing, and her earlobes are pierced twice. She has a tattoo on her hip bone which only one man has seen before because it's... y'know, down there.
