Dalton was in the mood to party. Things weren't so great in his world, and he needed to get things off of his mind. Not only were reporters still calling for his side of the story, he was starting to worry about how he would handle it if people at Somerset figured out that he was "that kid from the slums who saved some famous dude's little sister." How obnoxious would that be? He didn't want his bad-boy image to fade away. Sure, he was a hero, but he didn't want his bad-ass reputation to go away. He just wanted to start highschool as a normal dude, and being famous kind of made that hard. He was just doing the right thing - why did that have to get him so much attention? It didn't make sense.
So, to help him feel better, he called Rory. He didn't know the girl extremely well but he knew that she could party. They decided to meet up at Club Roxy for some fun. Dalton was waiting by the bar (they wouldn't serve alcohol to minors, but he knew a guy, who knew a guy, who liked to serve drinks), scanning the crowd for Rory while sipping on a glass of rum and coke.

She had been suprised when Dalton called her, but this girl didn't turn down an invitation to party. Just because she didn't know him very well didn't mean she couldn't party with him. Plus he knew how to get drinks, and that was something else she couldn't say no to. She knew she could bribe the bar tender if it was a guy, after all she wasn't ugly. Her choclate brown hair was a little longer then shoulder length, and tonight she wore a bright blue dress that contrasted perfectly with her brown skin. It was a strapless dress that clung to her body. She paired with with a pair of grey heels. She did her makeup, as ushual, and curled her hair a bit at the ends, for extra bouncy curls. It took her a little over forty five to get ready, but it was worth it when she showed up at the club. She met Dalton at the bar, and didn't even bother to say hi to him, "What's that?" She asked yelling over the loud music, she pointed to his drink. www3.pictures.zimbio.com/gi/Sharam+Diniz+Samsung+Galaxy+Features+Arrivals+OYKbNioih-nl.jpg

Smiling when he saw Rory walk in, Dalton admired her blue dress. It looked well on her, especially with her skin color. She didn't bother with a hello - the music was way to loud for that. He noticed her pointing at his drink, and figured that she was asking what it was. He wasn't much of a lip reader, but it wasn't like there was any other way to talk while in a bar, other than being extremely close, and he didn't want to impose that yet. Lifting his glass towards her, he tilted his head and smiled. "Rum and coke," he said, offering it to her. "Want a sip?"

"Sure," she said. Not sure if he could even hear her she took a sip of the drink. Then handed it back to him. She looked up at the bartender, and asked for the same thing he had. "What's up?" She asked him, screaming over the music, hoping he heard her question as she was handed the glass of rum and coke, and took a sip of it. It wouldn't have been her first choice, but she didn't let him know that. She was here pretty often, in fact before she even turned 16 and was old enough to get in. She might not have seemed like the person that hung out in a club full of skanky women, and guys who just wanted sex, but that was what she did best. That and hide it from her parents.
