"Of course I'm not lying to you!" Luke was really surprised that Lacey was doubting his intentions, especially after what they'd gone through before finally ending up together. For one, Luke was never one to play with a girl's feelings. Though he and Lacey never had a relation ship until now, he was only with her. He didn't think of other girls the way he thought of Lacey, and he wished that she would understand that, but he'd learned in this short amount of time just how hard headed Lacey really was.
