After a long day of touring the halls of Somerset, Rosalie was glad to be grabbing a cup of coffee. She needed the caffeine to stay awake - there was a bunch of transfer papers to fill out, still, and a bit of reading to do. After grabbing her coffee (a raspberry mocha flavored something-or-other), she glanced at the girl standing with her at the coffee bar. As she fixed her drink, she smiled at her school tour guide. The pretty blonde had been so kind to her - she didn't have to help her out, really. "Coffee's on me," Rosalie chirped, handing her money to the cashier with a smile.
"Thanks for showing me around," She said, walking with Ginny over to a round table near the glass windows near the door. The seat had a great view of... well, the parking lot. But, whatever. "I really needed someone to help me out." She smiled.

"No problem!" Ginny replied with a huge smile. She'd ordered a grande white chocolate mochachino, and was actually planning on playing for Rosalie's as well, but the girl beat her too it. What a sweet heart. She sat down with her at the table and sipped her drink, "Thanks for the coffee! I've been swamped with school and it hasn't even begun! Being student body president, I'm head of planning every dance, every bake sale, every pep rally — you'd think that one would go to the cheerleaders, but..." she shrugged. Truth was, Genevieve loved being in charge of those things. She had something killer planned for spirit week, and was thinking on giving the homecoming dance a Halloween theme. She shrugged, "I've got...a lot going on, I guess. Vote Ginny for Prom!" She laughed. "I just think it'd be hilarious to have a dyke for Prom Queen," she winked at her and then took another sip.
"So..." she started looking at the girl. "What about you? I've been around you all day, but I don't know very much about you. So start talking girl!" She laughed some more and waited.
ooc: I'm guessing it's still the week before school started since this was before our skip :3

"No problem," Rosalie smiled, her features lighting up. "I'm just so glad to have someone to show me around. I mean, it wasn't like you had to, and you're so nice!" she babbled a little, sipping at her coffee a little as she tried not to burn her tongue. It was a great mocha - oddly flavored, but it tasted luxurious, like dark chocolate and raspberries. Who would have put that combo in with mocha for a coffee? It was great! "Wow, you sound so busy," she commented, impressed with the girls schedule. She had to be totally swamped all the time! It seemed crazy. "I would love doing all that stuff but I don't think I could handle the stress," she shrugged.
When she mentioned voting her for prom, Rosalie nodded vigorously, which seemed like the polite thing to do - promising to vote for her. When she said 'dyke' it made her freeze. A what? Rosalie raised an eyebrow - that was slang for... lesbian, right? She'd never really heard it used in a sentence before in just general conversation! "Me?" Rosalie blushed and looked at her lap, a little sheepish. She didn't really want to seem self centered by talking about herself. "Oh, there's not much to say. I'm from South Carolina, my brother and I moved here a few weeks ago to go to school. My parents thought it would be best because - um, well just because. And... well what do you want to know? I'm a gymnast!" she blurted, excited to talk about something comfortable like gymnastics. "I've been training for the Olympics, but I've taken a break, as of now."
