Full Name: (Claire Renée LaCroix)

Grade: (11th; Junior)
Sports/Clubs: (Track and Field-pole vault and hurdles, Drama Club, and Softball)
Appearance: (Claire is 5'7". She likes being this height because very few people tell her she's too short or tall. At 127 pounds, she's got a small frame for her height. It comes from being very active and keeping in shape. She has wavy blonde hair that she usually wears natural, though she will occasionally curl it. Her blue eyes are a crystal color. Her skin is fair with a very slight tan. Her face also has a few light freckles. She likes to look natural when it comes to makeup. Usually she wears just light eyeshadow, lip gloss, mascara, and small eyeliner. Occasionally, she'll wear a little blush too.
Claire's style reflects her personality to a "t", simple and casual. Claire is most comfortable in a t-shirt with Nike Tempo shorts or sweatpants. When she does dress up, it's more often casual than not. It is common to see her in jeans and a nice top. She only wears dresses on very special occasions. She loves her cowboy boots and a specific pair of black converse that are quite worn out. She has a few other pairs of converse and other tennis shoes that she will wear as well. Claire is addicted to her pullover hoodies when it gets cold.)
Personality: (Claire cares about other people a lot. She doesn't like it when someone hurts her friends, or even people that are just acquaintances. She's not some crazy person that wants everyone happy, but she doesn't like it when her friends are down and she'll do anything to cheer them up.
She also adores sports. She enjoys watching them and cheering on her favorite teams, but nothing beats getting out there and playing. Claire is extremely energetic, which helps in being athletic. She always has to be doing something and hates being still for too long.
She is also very opinionated, but honest in her opinions. Claire will express her opinion no matter what. Ask her something and she'll tell you the answer straight-up. Claire has a high self-esteem which makes it hard for her to forget about things people have done to her. When her pride is wounded it takes her a long while to get over it.
She definitely struggles with her short-temper. If something makes her angry, it's very hard for her to keep her cool. She gets angry quickly also. She is very stubborn in getting her own way. Claire will argue for a while just because she thinks she's right. She will eventually relent if she realizes she's wrong, but it does take a while.
Laughing is one of Claire's favorite activities. Unless she makes a huge one, she laughs at her mistakes easily. She loves to make people laugh in almost any way possible too.)
Background: (Claire's family is very close. She has one older brother, Luke, who is often over-protective of her. They are fairly close and argue alot, though they always love each other. Claire's parents have been married for twenty years are still in love with each other. She has a normal relationship with her parents; She may not always agree or like them but she does always love them. Claire hasn't really suffered from any huge tragedy. The closest thing was Claire's grandmother dying a year ago. She and Claire were very close, but it hasn't had any drastic impact on Claire other than she occasionally gets sad when she remembers. No one in their family has some life-long or life-threatening disease either. She grew up in Texas and still has a bit of a Texan accent as well as a love for all things country. Her dad's job led them to New York and this school during her freshman year. She was upset with the move as she had always lived in the same place. At first she was resentful, but she slowly came to terms as she found friends and grew accustomed to her new school. Her dad is a cardiologist and her mom owns a photography studio, so Claire has grown up in the upper-middle class. Her parents made sure that their kids knew the value of work and money and did not act entitled.)
