Well it was definitely a different idea for a date, but you couldn't expect Aiden to have normal ideas.. it just didn't happen in his head. He never had normal ideas, and she should have known that by now. It was risky but, he thought she would like it. He hoped she did, because, he was pretty sure he wasn't going to get another chance if he screwed up this one. He had the perfect idea, though, behind the park was some woods. You had to jump the fence to get to them but, that was where this would take place.
A paint fight seemed like a weird date but, hey it worked for the dude in I-Carly. OK maybe that wasn't a good example. He was nervous though, because he wasn't sure if she would like what he had planned. He also had the stuff for a little romantic picnic after they were done with the paint war. He really hoped she didn't like hate the idea for something. He wasn't good with girls, since he was an awkward person in but his crazy and fun ideas won them over sometimes. That and he was super persistent. So they couldn't say no to him. He also had a hell of a cute puppy dog look if they said no.
Once he got to the park, after he stored his picnic basket in the woods. He was pretty sure everyone could climb a fence so he didn't think that would be a problem, and it was risky, especially since they weren't supposed to be back there. He didn't care though. Armed with a backpack full of paint, he'd brought one for her too. He waited for her. At first sitting on a bench, and the standing up, pacing nervously as he waited for her to show up. As he'd advised her he was wearing something that he didn't care if he got messed up. A pair of black gym shorts and a random Shirt that he didn't even wear. On his feet were a pair of old converse which looked a little worn.
He pushed his long black hair out of his face, and then sat down checking his phone for another text from her. There was nothing, so he sat on the bench, pretending to be messing with his phone, so that he didn't look too weird to the random passerby-er's.

www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=68459370A part of Amber wanted to back out of this. Back out and cancel, make up some bullshit excuse not to meet up with Aiden for this date... but the weird thing was... a part of her actually wanted to go on it. She was curious, really. As much as he agitated her, time with him was interesting, and besides, she'd agreed to go for a reason, didn't she? It was sweet how persistent he was in trying to get her attention, and he liked her, so, obviously he had good taste in girls. Plus, he wasn't nearly as irritable as most of the other kids -- sure, he said a few stupid things here and there, but it wasn't like he was irresponsible and doing drugs and having premarital sex... as much as it seemed like he did. The drug part, not the sex. She was really curious as to what was going to be going on in this date -- wear something she didn't care about? Amber was pretty sure she cared about a huge majority of her clothing, and she surely wasn't going to go out in public looking like a hot mess. Finally deciding to go through her workout and sleep clothes, she'd put on an old, cropped tank top and some worn out leggings, along with a pair of Nikes she'd worn about a hundred times before. Walking through the park, her hair tied back in a ponytail with a ribbon (okay, not just a ribbon, she cheated and put a hairtie there first and then tied the ribbon -- she ain't Cinderella, no bitch can successfully tie their hair with a ribbon like she can, nuh uh, not in ree-ahl-ih-tee), she scanned each bench for Aiden until she finally spotted a head of dark, black hair -- he wasn't too hard to find in a crowd. Huffing, she made her way towards him and sat next to him, crossing her legs and sitting up straight, "Hey," she cocked her head to the side, strictly business, "what exactly are we doing and why am I dressed in old clothes?"

"You'll see," Aiden said with a wink. A he looked over at her he took her hand and stood, up and waited for her to do the same. He motioned towards a bag of paint, "Don't open that," He smirked. He'd gotten a bunch of those bottles of pain so they could just squirt it at each other, that and those huge buckets of paint were expensive. "You make it work," He said. To her comment about wearing old clothes. She could make anything work she was so pretty. He was amazed he'd even gotten her to go out with.
(Ooc: I'm gonna assume, I hope this is alright. :C)
When she stood up, he let go of her hand, even though he didn't want to he didn't think she really liked him holding her hand like that, and then started walking towards the back of the park where the fence was. Maybe this wasn't a good idea. He wasn't quite sure how she was going to react to this just yet. He didn't want to think about that though. When they reached the back of the park, he started at the fence . "How good are you at climbing?" he asked.

Amber, not wanting to be rude, let Aiden hold her hand. She needed to relax -- this was a date! She agreed to it and therefore needed to be polite about all of this despite her apprehensions about spending time with the guy... what did she honestly think he was going to do? Besides, Aiden was a nice guy, as much as she'd hate to admit it. He was a lot more polite than half the guys at this school, and possibly even more mature than some of them, regardless of her first impression of him, thinking he was some kind of druggie.
Glancing to the bag, she shrugged, deciding not to question it, then smiling slightly when he complimented her, "Thanks," and that was probably the nicest word she's said to him since she's known Aiden. Following as they started towards the back of the park, she looked around, scrunching her eyebrows. Where the hell were they going? And why were they going somewhere that nobody else went? Once reaching the fence, she crossed her arms, then looked to Aiden, shaking her head, "You expect me to climb this thing?"
don't worry she will he just needs to like convince her/help her or something .. x'D

"Well," He bit his lip. "I did," He said, "But you don't have to." He added, looking at her with a puppy dog look on her face, as if he was actually sad about the fact that she wasn't going to do it. His first thought was to be like, 'OK, we can do something else,' but instead of saying that, he decided he was going to try and convince her to do it. It could work. He'd convinced her to come on this date, so he figured it might work, he didn't actually know that much about Amber to tell the truth, it was like he'd been stalking her, he just thought she was attractive, and maybe have creepy dreams about her.
However once he started talking to her, and despite the fact that his first impression of her was that she was some uptight bitch, he still liked her. She seemed to have a sweet side, somewhere deep inside, her and there was a fun person in there he just he'd to bring it out. Well that was what he thought.
"Please?" he asked, in a childish voice, pronouncing it plewse. As if he was a two year old. "You'll be my best friend," He joked. Pleading with her.

Amber looked up at Aiden, into those puppy-dog eyes and crossed her arms, trying her best to keep a straight face so she could say 'no' -- jumping fences was dangerous, and scary! Not that Amber ever got scared, no... but... look at him. He seemed so excited about this, and a part of her, deep inside, would feel really guilty for letting him down if she just up and left and forced him to do some boring thing with her, like watch clouds or some shit. She knew Aiden wasn't like that. From what she saw, he was a pretty antsy guy, not the type to stay still -- she couldn't hold him back, especially when now she felt somewhat obligated to continue on with this date.
With a sigh, she turned her head and uncrossed her arms, "Fine..." she looked up at the fence, and scrunched her eyebrows, holding a hand up and sliding her fingers through the spaces, clutching onto it to get a grip, then bit her lip, turning her head to Aiden, "I-I don't know how to climb a fence," she shook her head.

"It's not hard," He said, "You know that song..." He cleared his throat, "Put one foot in fornt of the other..." He sang, "You know like jack frost?" He asked, elbowing her playfully, he grinned and raised a brow. "It's kinda like that, just...." He let his voice trail off. "Just put your hand in the little thingy," He wasn't sure what he was supposed to call the the square's that were made when the wires of the fence crossed.
"Then you do the same with your foot." He demonstrated for her, "Wait you aren't like scared of heights or something?" He asked. "Cause..." He couldn't think of anything to say if she was, so he didn't continue his sentence, instead he started a new one. "I'll catch you," He said, "If you fall," it was self explanitory but he continued. "Maybe it'll be like one of those romantic movies where you fall on me and then we iss and then there's sparks, and we get married and have eight kids..." He laughed. "I don't actually want eight kids, I don't think it would be a great idea to have eight little me's running around." He said laughing.
"Anywayyy..." He said, ignoring what he had just said. "I'ts not hard I promise," He said, giving her a thumbs up and putting a goofy smile on his face.
