Cameron had been invited over, and Becca was sitting quietly on the top bunk of her bed pretending not to be staring. She couldn't help it... he was good looking! Not to mention witty, charming, a bit of everything she wanted in a guy rolled into one except he was just not available. At least, not to her. There was definitely not a chance so she wasn't going to waste her time trying for him. She'd just... admire (and drool) from afar. Or, as far as possible - Aaron kept inviting him to the dorm so she had to retreat to her bunk and flip through magazines, music on but so quiet she could hear them talk... Oh, his voice. It was dreamy and - she almost fell out of the bed when she realized what a lovesick chick she sounded like.
Grounding herself by grabbing the guardrail, she glared down at Aaron when he tapped her arm. "What?" She snapped, and her brother just smirked. "I'm going out for a few minutes. Need some shit from the store. You... stay... here." he pretended as if he was talking to a dog, which made her roll her eyes. She loved and hated her little brother sometimes. "Yo, Cam, keep an eye on my sister, kay?" He laughed, grabbed his keys and sauntered out. He probably didn't realize how amazing and scary this was for his sister.
After the door shut, she looked at Cameron, then glanced away. Sliding her headphones off of her ears, she glanced at him again, furtively. "Um.... uh, you don't, uh," sure, tongue, freeze up now. "You don't have to babysit me, you can go." She blurted - and it sounded bitchy. She blushed and looked down at her magazine.

Cam only laughed, leaning back on Aaron's bed as he looked over at Becca, "Nah, I'm a little too comfy to move right now," he adjusted his position on the bed, folding his arms behind his head and crossing his legs, grinning over at the girl, "You're certainly welcome to join me, since I am babysitting you." Cam smirked slightly, "I mean, I can't just go against your brother's wishes like that, ya' know? I'm doing exactly what he asked me to do, if I didn't -- what kind of friend would that make me?" he chuckled to himself, "I mean, if you misbehave, and I'm going to have to punish you, young lady."

She looked up from her magazine while he adjusted himself on her brother's bed. Wasn't it just like him to make himself look good while getting comfortable? She was pretty sure it was entirely impossible to look that cool just laying back on a bed, and there he was doing it. I bet he's an alien, she thought to herself. Or one of those gangsters from back in the nineteen-whatevers, time-traveling here to have some fun. He does look kind of gangster-cool. Old-time suit-and-tie gangster, not pants too low... Not that it matters... Stop thinking about him! She looked back at her magazine and resisted a sigh. Why did he have to be so distracting?
Rolling her eyes at the offer (though it made her heart beat s little faster), she flipped over to lie on her stomach and tried to go back to reading. However, his little badgering session with teasing offers made her want to groan. When at last he stopped with a quip about having to punish her if she misbehaved, she looked up. "I'm pretty sure whatever you're suggesting, my brother wouldn't be too happy with." She replied, a little frosty - but that was kind of her normal voice. "Besides, you wouldn't be able to handle all of this," she tried to sound saucy as she gestured with her hand to herself.
"Now, be a good babysitter and call your girlfriend while I go back to reading. And keep the phone-sex to a bare minimum, okay?" So maybe she was fishing a little by mentioning a girlfriend, but she kind of wanted to know... did he have one already? It wasn't like she could do anything about it, if he did or didn't. His teasing was just teasing, she was sure, and her trying to tease back had to sound like a little kid trying to be a stand-up comedian. She just wasn't that suave.

Cam wasn't one to move in on his best friend's sister, despite Aaron being completely aware of his flirting with Becca -- the guy had to know it was mindless... right? At least, that's how it started. He didn't try to think to deeply into it or process any such feelings towards the girl, because she so clearly wasn't interested. They were friends! ...sort of. They certainly saw a whole lot of each other, what with the fact that he spent so much time with Aaron, and they sure talked enough to be considered that. Yeah! Friends...
"Suit yourself, your loss," he smirked slightly. Call your girlfriend? He laughed, shrugging, "Will do," he lifted an imaginary hat off his head to Becca, with a wink. Cam was obviously single, but the girl was just setting herself up for this. Sitting up now and sliding his phone out of his pocket, he dialed Becca, watching her intently as he waited for her phone to ring, and when it did, he half-laughed, "Keep the phone sex to a minimum, you said?"

That smirk made her want to bury her face in her pillow and squeal. The way he smirked at her was so inviting - like he was challenging her to do something. They teased each other like this all the time. She knew it was probably for him to see her blood boil - of course he wanted to push her to her limits. She teased back to show him she was just as ready to make him break. Sometimes she wished his teases were serious... but she knew they could never actually do anything about it. He was a good friend of her brother's, she was out of his league, you know the drill. Typical.
First a smirk, now a wink? She was getting lucky in the terms of visual teasing tonight. It was almost too much to bare. She was about to flip him off, especially when he dialed his girlfriend. Her heart sort of dropped to her stomach when he said he was calling her - so there was a her... As she was about to plan some evil gossiping about this chick to make herself feel better, her phone rang. "You're jumping ship, jumping on my bed. We came to smash (came to smash), in a black tuxedooo... The dubstep-ish techno song blared from her phone, buzzing against her leg. She sat up and pulled it out of her boot without thinking, then glanced at the caller ID. "Cameron Sawyer" was calling, as well as sitting on her brother's bed with a smirk that made her squirm.
"Oh come on," she groaned, even though she was smiling on the inside. "Can't you go find another girl to tease and let me read?" She asked, raising an eyebrow and looking over at him. When her phone continued to ring, she tossed it at him. It bounced off of his abdomen and fell next to him on the bed. "And, I said call your girlfriend. Not your friend's little sister. I'm not your girlfriend." But I want to be, she almost added to the end of that.

"But you're so much more fun," Cam grinned now. This was fun for him. And he wasn't going to let it slip out just yet whether or not he actually had a girlfriend, that would ruin it! "Besides, talking to and looking at me is so much better than reading some book," he rolled over onto his stomach on the bed, facing Becca and crossing his arms, phone still in his hand, "don't you think?"
He wasn't gonna lie, he loved her reactions, knowing he was getting deep into that head of her's. Becca definitely put up a fight, but Cameron wasn't going to quit any time soon. "Sweet ringtone, by the way," he cocked his head to the side, looking behind him and picking up Becca's phone that she had thrown at him. Scrolling over through the girl's contacts, he reached his, deciding to edit it a little, changing the name from 'Cameron Sawyer' to 'Cameron Is Really Sexy'.
Looking over to her in explanation, he half-chuckled, "You spelled my last name wrong."

Becca rolled her eyes and glanced back at the Calvin Klein add that was open in her magazine. "Why look at you, when I can look at him?" She held up the magazine so that he could see the black and white ad. The man was shirtless, displaying a rack of hot abs, and had the perfect jeans on. "This guy is totally gorgeous. Can you really compare? I mean, this model's got perfect abs..." She teased, even though she was sure that Cam probably had a perfect set of abs, too, they were just hidden. She turned her attention back on the magazine, flipping a few pages.
His quietness made her look up, and she saw him playing with her phone. She spelled his name wrong? No way, his last name was Sawyer, you'd have to be an idiot to misspell it. Glaring at him, she reached out over the small space that divided her and Aaron's beds and grabbed her cell phone back. "You smudged my screen - hey!" she looked up at him. "Did you seriously just... Ugh." She frowned, then opened up his contact and changed it from "Cameron Is Really Sexy" to "Cameron Is A Lame Not-Sexy-Dude" Then she held her phone up so he could see the screen. "Is that how you spell it?" She asked innocently, her raised eyebrows a dare for him to get back at her.

Cameron sat up a bit, eyeing the underwear ad on her magazine, scoffing, "My abs are out of this world," he fiddled with the hem of his t-shirt a bit, biting the corner of his lip as he did so, determining whether or not it would be inappropriate to flash them -- then decided against it, why give her a show? He laughed to himself, then smirked as he watched Becca's reaction to the changes he'd made to her phone. She was so daring, feisty, just willing to put up a fight and it made his blood pump a bit. Cam wasn't just going to give up and let her win.
Plastering a fake pout on his face when he saw she'd changed the name, deciding to whip out his own phone and scroll down to her contact, "You know, this all reminds me," he raised an eyebrow, typing out on his phone without looking, "I think I spelled 'Barden' wrong," he flashed her a smile before glancing down at the screen again --just to make sure he didn't spell any words incorrectly, "is this how you spell that?" He held the phone out to her, the contact name having been changed to "Becca Totally Loves Cameron."

Becca watched him fiddling with his shirt hem, almost daring him to do it in her mind. She wondered if he was lying, or if he was actually built better than Mr. Calvin-Klein-Model. She had a sneaking suspicion that the two would have at least tie in a competition. Somehow, the thought go in her mind to think about her abs, and she realized her stomach wasn't as toned as it once was. She was reminding herself to go to the gym when he started playing with his phone. She dropped her own phone and looked at him with interest, trying to play it off as a glare, even though she was honestly intently watching him type.
"Becca Totally Loves Cameron?" She snorted, laughing a little to hide her blush. She pushed her hair a little in front of her face so that he couldn't see her slightly pink cheeks. "Come on, that's not even close to the truth," she stuck her tongue out at him. "Take the name off and I'll take off what I have you named on my phone," she bargained, holding up her phone as if that proved she'd actually do it. (Which, she wouldn't. This was fun.)
