Name: Joan Bailey Lamarr. Joan's parents, Katie and Rhett wanted to name their baby girl something simple, which was why they chose the name Joan. I means gift from God something the couple believed she was. As for her middle name they wanted something that gave her a warm, friendly approach and that's why they went with Bailey. Most often mispronounce Joan's surname and say 'llama' some for an honest mistake and others to simply joke.

Age & Birthday: Fifteen years old, May 10th.

Grade: Sophomore, 10th

Appearance: Fairly tall, thick curly dark brown hair (she straightens it, too), brown chocolate colored eyes, medium toned skin; heart-oval shaped face, bow shapes lips and defined eyebrows.

Personality: A Southern belle. Joan is known for being hospitable and sharing the food on her plate. She's quite generous as a whole and enjoys seeing the smile on others when she makes such fine gestures. Her good deeds come from the heart and they are performed naturally. Still, that doesn't exemplify Joan from being vicious and atrocious at times. She surely shouldn't be one to cross considering her tongue is as sharp as a recently polished dagger. Joan is a stone cold hearted hound dog when angered. However, just as long as no one crosses boundaries with her temper, they're good to go.

Joan's passion is photography. She enjoys capturing beauty with her Kodak. She finds nature and art aesthetically pleasing and finds peace whenever she is snapping various portraits of landscapes or events around her. For that, Joan is very observant and never let's a good take walk past her. She sometimes feels as if her parents aren't supportive of her dreams because they always mention how much they want her becoming a doctor or an architect. Just not a freelance photographer. Joan doesn't express her aspirations in the presence of her parents, knowing that they'll be shaking their heads behind her back.

I have no idea how to start this, but I'll shoot out some ideas and you can build off from there, okie dokie?

So, maybe Isaac went to the kids area of the bookstore because it's usually pretty empty and so he's chilling on the little bean bag chair with a good book and Joan moseys on over for whatever reason, maybe just roaming the bookstore or perhaps the same reason. I mean, you don't get much privacy at the cafe with all those grown ups doing grown up things, really.

ANYWAY. So that's where they first interacted. Maybe she thought seeing a young man with those rippling biceps reading in the children's place was picture worthy or sumsing. THEN they began greeting each other in the hallway and stuff.

OPTIONAL PLOT TWIST: Her parents don't seem controlling, but they often say things like "maybe you should find someone working towards the medical field. I'm just thinking about your future, honey" when she and Isaac start to see more of each other because Isaac has dreams of being a musician. It's tough, but he has a back up plan. He just hasn't found it yet.
