Name: Robert Clark Johnson. The name Robert was chosen by his mother, Eva, well, actually all of his name was chosen by his mother concerning that his father hadn't showed up to his birth. She decided that Clark would run smoothly with her own last name. Eva did not want anything to do with her meddling, ex-boyfriend, Martin, had fled the moment he found out his darling girlfriend had gotten pregnant. Well, he never said forever.
Nickname(s): His students call him Mr. Johnson as they should but colleagues are free to call him Rob or Bert or whatever their little heart desires.
Age and Birthday: Robert is thirty-one years old and his birthday is on January 9.
Subject: Music, Choir, Music History I, II and III
Personality: Robert is gentle by nature. He was born around only women and they were always so hospitable and kind to others. Although, he's not very fatherly due to the fact that he never had a father and he never really experienced what it was like to call someone dad. When that happened, it was far too late for Robert to completely understand. Most of Robert's students like him. He's a likable person by default simply because he isn't strict but he doesn't let people step all over him. Robert has gained the respect he deserves as a teacher but also the confinement he can give as a human being. He may not be a psychology teacher or have the slightest clue of what it's like to be therapist, but Robert will listen to others problems. He's only a good listener but doesn't really give amazing advice.
Quirky and gimmicky. Robert has his faults but they're what make him human. He doesn't have perfect posture, he sure as hell doesn't speak all to adequately (although he tries) and he's really laid-back. A thing about Robert is that he has an immense amount of self-respect. He thinks that the only reason to be respected by others to first respect yourself because it radiates that people shouldn't treat you like dirt or a gum stuck under their shoe.
Appearance: 6'2", fair skin, black hair and bright blue eyes.
Background: Robert first met his father at the age of twenty. He'd been fine all his life without him. Their meeting was rather distant and cold, nervous and awkward. Martin felt terrible for leaving him, and only seeing him at the age where he had already been through most things that a father should have been guiding his son through. Robert had never held hate toward his father, he was just saddened that he would leave him without one. The daddy issues were there, always but Robert never made them obvious knowing that Eva, his mother, would start crying. She felt that Martin leaving had been her fault for not being careful but she also knew that she had done a very good job raising her son and three more daughters afterwards. When she heard that Robert had met her father, she nearly fainted and actually did faint but soon woke up and became worried. There was really nothing to worry about, Robert had forgiven Martin but still very much preferred the woman who took the years to raise him and guide him through life.
Music was Robert's passion. If it had been a woman he would have married her but instead he married another woman by the name of Nina Butler. She was his everything and he was her everything for about five years. They had married at a very young age, eighteen and both were madly in love with one another after several attempts of courting. Despite being fascinated by one another, they never had children. Perhaps subconsciously they knew that their marriage wasn't going to last but it was fun while it happened. They divorced when they were both twenty-three years old. Nina was pursuing her dream as a model and Robert was attending university. They split and decided to stay as friends. A long distance friendships because Nina left to Paris a year after their divorce.
Robert attended Julliard in New York, his home state after graduating high school. It was a big accomplishment for him despite his family betting on him going to an Ivy League School. Robert exceeded and triumphantly graduated the school of music. He was one of the brightest students because he was extremely dedicated to him his passion (and less dedicated to his then model wife). When Robert graduated he was offered a job at Somerset High School. At first the name didn't sound very, fancy to the male and he thought it was going to be a normal school. However, when he realized how big the school was and how prestigious it was, he took the job and well he's here.
