Sitting in the band room alone, playing the piano... That had been her escape place since she started attending Somerset. She loved it, no one was ever in the band room after school unless there was practice, and she knew what days that was. After stopping in the student lounge to grab a cup of hot chocolate she made her way to the band room holding a folder over flowing with sheet music. Walking backwards she leaned her back against the door to open it since she had stuff in both of her hands before holding it with her elbow so she could walk through it.
She began humming to herself as she walked over to the piano setting her folder down on the holder and taking a sip of her hot chocolate before hearing something. She turned around jumping slightly when she spotted someone was in there. Her eyes going big she put her hand over her heart, "oh my gosh. I'm so sorry. I didn't even notice you were in here. " She set her hot chocolate down on the piano before going up to the boy with a smile. She had never seen him here before, but that could also be because she just started three days before winter break.
Walking up to him she extended her hand for him to shake as she began to introduce herself. "Hi, i'm Carly. I just started at the school before winter break. I've never really seen anyone else in here before unless there was class or practice... Do you mind if i'm in here or do you like to be alone? I know some people come here for peace, and as some people I mean me sometimes. But I mean, if you want me to leave I can come back later." Her face was turning red as she was babble before she ran her fingers through her hair brushing a few strands of it out of her face.

www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=91194795“Amelia? Did you bring pizza?” he asked when he heard the door open, he had been texting her and she said she was gonna bring him some pizza. So he wasn’t sure why he assumed it was her. He didn’t know who it was but it wasn’t her which made him feel a little bit bad, but he ignored it because she didn’t say anything to him yet. Hopefully she wouldn’t. He king of went back to his business, which was supposed to be practicing, instead he was still texting her, and wishing he had pizza. He didn’t expect the girl to come talk to him, why would she, they couldn’t just share the room? He wasn’t used to people approaching him and talking to him, and he had to think for a second about what she had said to form a proper response because she was babbling. He stood up, and leaned his cello against the chair and took her hand and shook it. Then moved his hair out of his eyes. “I’m Jude… Hi,” he said, giving her a nod. Where had she been that she had never seen other people this place was always crawling with band geeks every time he came in here, which was actually not that often to tell the truth. He didn’t practice as often as he should. He pulled his drink out of his bag and took a sip of it before putting it back and checking his phone again. “It’s nice to meet you…” he couldn’t remember her name, wasn’t it Carly? Or was it Candy? “Sorry I thought you were someone else earlier, one of my friends said she was gonna being me pizza, but I mean I don’t think she was serious,” he shrugged. Was this awkward, he was never too good at making friends, but now he really wanted pizza. He looked back down at his phone, to see that she hadn’t replied. Darn her. They were supposed to be married, and spending time together, but he still hadn’t gotten her to make him food. Which wasn’t a bad thing since he was capable, well most of the time…. He could make mac and cheese that was all he needed. So he set it down on the stand and looked at the girl in front of him. “I see people in here all the time…” he said letting his voice trail off. “I mean I don’t really mind other people, those band geeks are always being annoying, I’m sure a piano can’t be that annoying.” With that he picked his cello back up and took the bow off the stand looking at the girl, he didn’t know what to say next after calling her the wrong thing. He still wished that it was Ameila and her pizza and not some random chick. Oh well.
