(( www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=89650101 She's cute. )) Sadie was just going into the student lounge to get a cup of hot chocolate the night she had met Jasper. He was doing what of his magic shows that she had heard about but never went to, so she decided to go into the crowd and watch. Just about as soon as she got into the crowd and made her way sort of to the front since she couldn't see being so short. He was calling her up to help him with one of his card tricks. It was the first time she had really spoken to him or even seen him up close and she noticed how attractive he was right away. It was after a couple shows she had notice he was calling on her to help almost every time. He eventually got her number and asked her on a couple dates, and now this was date number three. She was actually surprised that Jasper had kissed her one of the nights after her show and that sort of added to him being somewhat special since he was her first kiss. They had gone to the park the first two dates but never really went anywhere out out. So, when he asked her to go out to dinner she couldn't help but get excited. She had never really been on a date out with anyone except him, so she never really had much experience in the dating world. He asked her to meet him at Olive Garden at six thirty. She knew Olive Garden was fancy but not super fancy so she just went with a cute little dress and a pair of sandals. When she got to the restaurant she pulled down the sun blocker and opened the mirror thing to check her make up before getting out of her car and locking it. It was about six twenty five and she didn't see Jasper there yet so she walked over to the little bench in front of the building and sat down. She had her little blue matching wallet in her lap as she folded one leg over the other resting her hands in her lap as her one leg bounced up and down as she waited for Jasper to show up.

Jasper was not a relation ship man. Honestly, he hadn't had a steady girlfriend in quite a long time. Yet he found himself enjoying Sadie's company - and her patronage at his shows. He has even kissed her once, something soft and chaste. He had been expecting a hook up after that, but he knew from the look on her face that she was new to the world of kissing. Obviously, he assumed she would be new to sexual experiences and he said goodnight instead of inviting her to his dorm.
Their first few dates weren't dates in Jas's mind. They just hung out in the park. That what something that Jasper liked to do. He preferred to sit and listen, chat over a cup of coffee or what not. That was two people getting to know each other as friends instead of a couple dating, really. This dinner was simply a test drive, he considered. He like# to date girls that he knew, and mess around with girls that he didn't know. Sadie was right on the line between being his friend and being no one to him. He figured that since he was her first kiss, he mattered to her, however. He wasn't just going to give her a spectacular first kiss and then leave her wanting more!
He approached her seat on the bench outside the restaurant. Olive Garden wasn't classy per say, but he liked the food and thought it was kind of home like and comfortable to sit and have dinner at. He smiled politely at her, admiring that she had gotten dressed up. "Sadie," he greeted, offering his hand to help her up. that was the sort of thing he did. He liked a prett girl on his arm to make him look important. He wasn't as dressy as her. Jeans and an untucked button down with a vintage sports coat was enough for him - at least for a casual date to the Olive Garden. "Shall we?"

Sadie was looking down at her phone scrolling through Twitter when she heard footsteps approaching her. She looked up placing her phone down when she saw it was Jasper. When he greeted her with her name and a smiled, she smiled back before taking his hand and saying "hello." She was from Tennessee (Yes she has a small accent. XD ) and when you went out to Olive Garden there, it was all fancy and proper which is why she was wearing a dress. It was frowned upon back home to not dress up so she wasn't sure how this one was. "We shall." She responded as he opened the door to the restaurant for her.
When they got into the restaurant they were guided over to a booth sort of in the back of the restaurant which was nice, because it was private and more romantic. Not that either of them wanted them i'm sure. But it just kind of came off that way from the scene. Sadie sat down in one side of the booth ; Jasper sitting in the other across from her I assume. The lady who guided them to the table told them their waitress would be right out, once she walked away Sadie looked over at Jasper. "I'll put money on it the waitress flirts with you." She laughed before picking up her menu.
One she figured out what she wanted which didn't take long, she set her menu back down and looked up at Jasper. She folded her hands together placing them on the table. "So, what made you start performing magic and doing shows?" It was a normal question he probably got often but she hadn't asked him yet so she figured it'd be an interesting story. But, Sadie was awkward; there is no other way to put it. So, if she would have tried to start any other conversation but that she probably would have got all shy and sounded stupid because she was unsure of what to say. So she just stuck to asking that question seeming it was the best way to go.

Sadie looked downright adorable in her dress. It was modest, and rather cutesy. Jas hadn't thought to dress up or anything, but his typical attire was more business casual, so he figured it was okay to wear for a dinner date. As they walked to the booth, he found himself looking at her ass in that swishy fabric of the dress. The color complimented her skin nicely. It definitely wasn't what girls would wear normally to go on a date with the promiscuous Jasper Henley, but he approved of it. He didn't want to have to get all protective over her if she wore something provocative. Keep it cool, he reminded himself, sliding into the booth seat across from her. You're a control freak, Jas, but not so early into the relationship.
Jas really did have a bad habit of being a dominant sort of person. He was really controlling when it came to certain things. His last girlfriend had left him because he was over protective, really. He liked innocent little Sadie (which made him want to be her protector even more) but he had to wonder if she could be like the other girls he dated. The ones who werent afraid to tell him to back off when he was being a dick, or leave him when he got out of control. She was so sweet - how'd she come to like a bad boy like him?
He chuckled when she said the waitress would flirt with him. "Yeah, probably will," he shrugged, running his hands through his hair. "Who wouldn't want to flirt with a hottie like me?" He added, over confident as usual.
"My grandfather got me into magic." He said, wary of telling her too much. Jasper was not an open book. He told people parts of the truth to avoid anyone getting too close to him. He didn't want to trust anyone, especially not a girl he just met a few weeks back. "What brought you to my shows?" He put his elbows on the table and leaned in, putting the focus on her.

Sadie couldn't help but laugh at his confidence in a playful way. She liked when guys were confident, it was definitely a good thing. Confidence was one thing she found sexy about a guy if they had it, and Jasper definitely had it. As he spoke she couldn't help but stare into his eyes because one, it was a sign of respect and two... His eyes were just so gorgeous they were pretty much drawing her in every time he'd look at her. She almost didn't catch his question until he leaned forward and his attention was now on her. She looked down feeling her cheeks go red as his eyes were now on her and she had a question to answer.
Sadie thought about it for a second on why she even went to his shows, then she just shrugged. "Honestly, I was just getting hot chocolate the first night in the student lounge and saw everyone watching. I had heard about it before but i'm still new to the school so I never really knew where everything was to go and see it. So, when I saw it I took if as the opportunity to finally watch it . Then next thing you know you were calling me up to help you. And I just figured it was really cool and fun, plus the magician was really cute. So I should go again. So I did." She felt her face get warm as she had called him cute but shook it off.
She glanced up when she saw a pretty brunette girl walk up to the table. She was in the normal uniform for Olive Garden but she couldn't seem to take her eyes off of Jasper and suddenly Sadie felt a little insecure about it. "Hi, I'm Bethany and I'll be your server tonight. Can I start you both of with some drinks?" She turned to Sadie raising an eye brow at the girl clearly so she was able to talk to Jasper last after Sadie would order her drink. Normal girl move almost everyone knew it.
Sadie glanced down at the drink menu one more time before back up at the girl, "I'll just take a glass of water for now." She gave the waitress a polite smile before the "Bethany" girl had turned her attention back to Jasper. "And what can I get you handsome?" Sadie rolled her eyes with a small chuckle under her breath before looking down at her menu. Just as I thought, she thought sarcastically to herself. But then again, she couldn't really be mad. Jasper wasn't her boyfriend, she couldn't get jealous or feel bad that the pretty waitress girl was flirting with him.
