Just ignore the people because I am too lazy to find another picture.

[ www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=89189922 ] When Kazzie spent the last half of her class on the Somerset Chat, she never expected for it to be so bi-polar. One moment they were all talking nicely and then the next, they were all angry. She didn’t understand why everyone seemed so angry or bitter. Maybe is people burned a couple trees they would find their chill and learn to relax. People make mistakes, things happen, and life goes on. She was actually happy that Max hadn’t taken his own life. Personally, she saw suicide as cowardly, yet the boy owned up to his mistakes. How he had managed to stay in school was beyond her. Eh, it wasn’t really her problem; she didn’t have an issue with him anyway. Leaving class, Kazzie wasn’t sure what her plans were for the rest of the day. She could sleep, eat, or smoke. Wow, so much fun she couldn’t even choose. Anthony was watching Cici for the night, so hanging out with him was off the table. She was really getting tired of doing absolutely nothing. She needed more friends, but it was tough. Girls were too clingy or too bitchy. She could only handle them in small doses. Besides, she was content with the few females she was friend with. With a sigh, Kazzie left the school building and shivered slightly, wishing she’d worn a thicker shirt/jacket whatever the hell it was. She flipped her hair over her shoulder and suddenly a thought came to her mind. Wyatt Parks. That bastard still hadn’t given her the secret to his bountiful hair. Well, he did say come and get it. Looking down at her phone, she noted that there were no new messages meaning no new plans. So, with nothing to do, she decided to pay the hair guru a visit. She honestly just wanted someone to hangout, and she did really want to braid his hair. There was just so much of it. She didn’t understand how he could have better hair than half of the females attending Somerset. Kazzie winced as she pushed open the door to the dorm building. She had hurt her back carrying around that damn baby. She could really go for a massage. Luckily today was Lulu’s day to deal with it. “Open up!” she said knocking firmly on his door. She really hadn’t given him any heads up, but oh well.

Wyatt wasn’t sure who was banging on his door but it was weird that someone was. He had left the chat when they said he wasn’t invited to their sleepover, which was ok since he didn’t really want to hang out with a bunch of girls again anyway. “Why who are you the police?” he was mostly joking but seriously he didn’t know who was banging on his door. He hadn’t done anything wrong so he knew it wasn’t the dorm advisor, or maybe it was, but that sounded like a girly voice to him. He got up and fixed his hair so that it was not in his eyes, and went to open the door.
“Oh hi,” he said with a confused look on his face. He was surprised to see a girl at his door, Kazzie? Well this was random, but ok. He really wasn’t going to say no to having random girl visitors. “Hello,” he motioned for her to come in and shut the door behind her when she did. “I was not expecting to see you here,” well he had told her to come over and find out his secret to his hair, it was the conditioner, that Carol stole when she left, it wasn’t really a secret. “Uh.. come in?” he didn’t know what to say to her. Random visitors were always fun right?

Kazzie glanced around waiting for Wyatt to greet her. The dorms were eerily quiet and no one had passed her in the hall. She figured people were out having fun or doing whatever teenagers did. Sure, she wasn’t a loser, but why not visit a friend who clearly didn’t have much going on anyway. What else was he doing now that his crazy girlfriend or ex- girlfriend had left? She’d wait one more minute before leaving, since she didn’t want to look like a loser. When someone finally called through the other side of the door she let out a sigh of relief. “You’re under arrest for having ridiculously perfect hair,” she teased back, shifting her weight from one hip to the other.
It was very evident by the look on his face that he hadn’t been expecting her to actually show up. Well, she did love to surprise people after all. Besides, it was all out of good fun anyway. Surely he’d appreciate some good company. “Hello, Wyatt,” she greeted him and slipped past him as he ushered her in. She laughed softly at his remark about her unexpected visit. “Well, you did say come and get it,” she said jokingly and winked,” who am I to pass up an offer like that?” She entered the room, it was a nice size and for the most part clean. “Nice room,” she said, trying to spark up a little conversation,” it’s cozy.” It wasn’t until now that she realized she’d never really talked to him despite being in that awful baby class. But he seemed like a chill dude, and Kazzie figured they'd get along well enough.

“Oh am I going to jail with the people that cut the tags of mattresses and kids that don’t eat their vegetables?” he shook his head. “Those kids are really scary man I don’t know if I can handle it,” he laughed. “My hair is like the only reason girls like me, if I had short hair I would have my sarcastic sense of humor and I mean that doesn’t attract girls.” He laughed. “Oh yes I did say come and get it didn’t I?” he didn’t really expect her to come. “I can’t just tell you the secret,” he said. “I would… but my ex-girlfriend stole all my hair products, darn that midget.” He was really starting to feel better about the whole thing, some of the time he hated her, other times he was making fun of her, and other times he just wanted to be alone and to not think about her.
Right now he was pretty ok with joking about it, especially around other people. He was trying not to be really bitter about it, besides it wasn’t like he was jumping into anything, he was just going to enjoy being single again, and try not to think about how in love he was with her…. “I mean your hair is pretty great too,” he sat down on the bed and motioned for her to sit next to him.

“You’re right,” she joked,” the kids that don’t eat their vegetables are the ones you actually have to look out for. They’re vicious.” Wyatt was actually turning out to be a pretty cool guy. Kazzie decided she had made a good decision by coming here. “I think you’re being too hard on yourself,” she crossed her arms and cocked her head to the side in thought,” You have a sparkling personality and… nope. You’re right; it’s really just your hair.” Of course she was just joking, she was sure his personality was just fine. He was friends with a lot of people after all.
She tried not to laugh too hard at his joke about Carol, but it was hard. She was glad to see him a little better off. She’d seen him the other day, and damn was he looking rough. “You mean, I came all the way here and you’re still not going to tell me?” she stuck her lower lip out slightly and pouted, feigning a hurt expression. Carol wasn’t here anymore, and she was still causing problems. All Kazzie wanted was beautiful hair, but no. “Thanks,” Kazzie smiled at the compliment and twirled the red locks between her fingers,” I suppose it’s alright.” She took a seat next to him, the bed was pretty comfy. “But I bet you just roll out of bed and it’s perfect,” she teased,” must be amazing to just get up with beautiful hair. Bet the ladies love it.”

“Oh yeah the ladies love it,” he said. “I mean that’s how I get all the girls, first I lure them in with my amazing hair and then I use my charm to make them love me,” he shook his head. “I wish it was that easy,” he was being serious now with a complete stranger. “I mean… relationships are complicated, if I could just fall in love with the right person then maybe it would work I don’t know. I guess I push people away or something,” how this conversation had gotten serious so fast he didn’t know but he decided to change it.
“Yeah you have really nice hair, it’s so… red…” wow was that supposed to really be a compliment. He really sucked at that. “I do, I just wake up and I’m like… My hair looks amazing,” he shrugged. “No my hair looks so weird when I wake up I kind of look like a lion with all my hair sticking up all over the place. Then there’s sex hair…” he definitely was no alluding to anything when he said that, and tried to say it without sounding like he was hinting at something. “Girl hair must be so complicated though… spill I want to hear all the details of your hair troubles.”

She laughed softly, finding she enjoyed conversing with him. “I can believe it,” she said,” I mean look at me. Lured here by your full head of hair and now I’m completely head over heels for you.” It was completely sarcastic and completely Kazzie like. The conversation was suddenly more serious, but it was nothing she couldn’t handle. She liked conversations like this, they really made her think. Besides, sometimes talking about stuff helped people move on. Perhaps if she opened up it wouldn’t be as awkward. “Love is messy,” she paused,” and it’s really trial and error.” She turned to him slightly, trying to not stare awkwardly at the wall before her. “I dated my ex for years until he gave up on me,” a sad smile graced her lips,” the trick is not to give up. You’ll be okay, and one day you’ll find what you’ve been looking for” She smiled at him; she’d been where he was. She remembered a time when she thought she couldn’t go on, but here she was.
Kazzie couldn’t help but laugh at his lousy attempt at a compliment,” it’s all natural.” It was true. She didn’t like to dye is or perm it. It was quite soft, even now as she twirled it between her fingers. “Ugh, I’m so jealous of it!” she pouted putting her hands in her lap. “I’m sure you’re the manliest lion though,” she joked imagining him with an untamed mane of hair sticking up from all directions. She raised a brow at the mention of sex hair, something she was pretty familiar with. “I’m sure you still have the most perfect sex hair,” she smirked,” don’t try lying!” Kazzie felt straggly comfortable around Wyatt. Maybe it was because he was damaged goods, or just a nice guy. “It’s the struggle,” she said looking down at her hair,” it can take hours to achieve the perfect hair style.” She flipped her hair over her shoulder,” the hair products are endless, and you can’t keep using the same one or your hair will get used to it. Oh, what I would do to look amazing and never have to mess with my hair.”

“Don’t give up,” he had heard that so many times, and it had helped in the past, but it was so easy to give up. “You probably don’t care because I don’t know you that well but, that was the only serious relationship that I’ve ever been in, which is kind of sad actually, but I guess I couldn’t expect it to last forever,” he kind of wished that it had worked out. Wouldn’t it be so easy for your first relationship to be the only one? Yeah he kind of figured that whatever girl could tame him would stay there forever, but apparently it didn’t work like that.
“Oh yeah, I’m totally the hottest lion ever,” he shook his head. “I mean, rawr,” he laughed. “I don’t know I don’t really pay attention to my hair, but you’re right it probably is perfect,” he shrugged. He thought about making a comment asking her to find out, but he didn’t think that would end well. Since she was being friendly. “It even looks good when it’s all messy,” he was really liking all her compliments. “I mean you’d have to try to make it look bad.” He listened to her talk about her hair. “You don’t have to do it, it probably looks fine if you don’t do anything, or you could just like wear a hat or something…” oh he was such a great problem solver.

“Exactly,” she smiled,” just keep swimming.” Sure she was quoting Finding Nemo, but it was still a great movie. She was almost positive she was going to get that tattooed onto her body at some point in time. Tattoos were addicting, and she knew it was only a matter of time before she was covered. Okay, so maybe not that drastic. She frowned at the mention of her not caring about what he had to say and she shook her slightly. “I do care about what you have to say, Wyatt,” she told him,” I have a heart too you know.” When it came to relationships, or mostly breakups, Kazzie was pretty sensitive. Her last relationship had blown up in her face and left her scrambling after the pieces of her heart. “I’ve only been in one relationship too,” she said looking down at her hands,” but everything will work out one way or another. It took a while, but I’m still hopeful that love is out there.”
She nudged his side with her elbow, trying to cheer him. She used to be damaged goods, but with a new school, she was trying to make the best of it. Perhaps she had let him in on some stuff that was too personal, but opening up about it made her feel better. She laughed at his remark of being a hot lion,” you’re the king of the jungle.” She raised a brow and doubted that he didn’t pay attention to his hair. If it was her hair she’d never stop playing with it. “I bet you walk past a mirror and just stare at it,” she teased lightly, she was guilty of doing that herself, but mostly because she wanted to make sure she looked presentable.
Kazzie listened in amusement as he made an attempt at another compliment. “You know, your compliments are really improving,” she joked lightly,” you’re turning into a modern day Don Juan. You’ll be back in the flirting game in now time!” Kazzie wasn’t the kind of person to give compliments for the sake of boosting someone’s self-esteem, but his hair was really nice. Besides, if a little confidence would help him get over his ex, then why not? “But seriously,” she started, leaning over closer to him, she ran a manicured hand through his hair,” I just don’t understand why it’s so soft.”
