About My Character:
Full Name:(first, middle, last) Harriet Evelyn Rose Loveguard
Age:(Age and DOB) Age 17, Born March 16th, 1995
Gender: Female
Grade: 12th
Sports/Clubs:(If applicable) Swimming, Track and Field
Appearance:(Five or more sentences, please) Harriet tries to get through the day putting as little effort into her appearance as she can. Most days Harriet will brush her hair, put on some mascara and leave the house without hesitation. Her hair is long and generally straight with the exception of some loose waves here and there. You can tell that at one point in her life, she had died her hair blonde, leaving it to grow out anyways—due to the latest trends, she can just say she was going for the ombre look.
Harriet takes the most pride in her thick eyebrows, petit nose and high cheekbones—aspects uncommon to favor, unlike lips or eyes (hers of which happen to be green). She also likes her long legs (which help her reach her height of 5’9.5”) and frame which, in sir mix-a-lot speak, is 31-24-34.
Personality:(Ten or more sentences, please)At first glance, Harriet might seem unapproachable and serious because of the way she holds herself in public—very straight-faced and almost tired looking. This, however, is not the case at all. Harriet is a bit of a hell raiser, in fact. She’s almost never serious and is notoriously loud, crazy, and utterly care-free. Her grandma stuck her with the nickname monster when she was little, and it never left her—even some of her friends have associated her with the name.
Harriet loves to make people laugh. She is known for her ultra-silly faces and witty attitude. But Harriet isn’t all peaches-and-cream. Some of her favorite past times includes running around the city at night and tagging whatever she deems worthy of her graffiti, and hanging around local hookah bars. This is one of the reasons she transferred to Somerset High School.
Background:(No less than fifteen sentences, please)Harriet and her family moved to the Big Apple from their home in London when she was just a baby. For this reason, her parents and grandma (who happens to live with them) have very strong accents, and Harriet’s is almost non-existent. None the less, growing up in the big city proved troublesome for Harriet, who grew up much faster than other children. In middle school, Harriet and a group of her friends began sneaking out at night to smoke weed and try their art at graffiti, something Harriet learned she was good at right away. Everything was good for a while until her Sophomore year, when after months of tagging building sides, stealing clothes and selling them to Plato’s Closet for money to buy more marijuana, everything caught up to her and the “Bang Gang” members—including Harriet—were sent to the Juvenile Detention Center for the rest of her sophomore year.
Once Harriet was released from both Juvie and the local rehabilitation center, her parents and grandmother had no intention of allowing Harriet to attend the same school, and decided to send her to boarding school as further punishment. Now Harriet is a senior at Somerset High, still not quite set in new ways, even after the treatments and centers. She might have calmed down, but habits are hard to break.
Other:(Optional)Harriet loves dogs, gold, fast-food, flat bills and beanies, rap and hip-hop, playing the drum set, making silly faces, attractive boys, bad-boys, getting high, photography, swimming, track, and laughing. Harriet is straight, no doubt about it, but is not one to get intimate with any male who looks at her. In that way she is very picky, and likes to take things slow.
