Kazzie was definitely glad she came. The air wasn’t as awkward as the first few parties she had been to. She also didn’t have a problem talking to people now, though it was probably because she wasn’t exactly in the right mind frame. This was exactly why she smoked- everything was easier. Kazzie was still making her way through people when she called out to Ben. She watched as it took a moment for Ben to place her face, but when he did it was obvious. She laughed at his reaction that drew the attention of several people who were thoroughly confused. Kazzie ignored the looks from people; she didn’t have time for that.
She laughed remembering her nickname first given to her over chat. However, it was all he called her when they got drunk. She found she didn’t quite mind it as it was very catchy. “I changed my name just for you, Ben! Facebook official!” She called out jokingly. She was definitely starting to like it here. Downing the rest of her drink she couldn’t help but look around for more familiar faces. Okay, that was a lie as she didn’t know anyone. It was only one face she was concerned with and a head of curly hair, but glancing around he was nowhere in sight. Hopeful wishing, but she guessed partying wasn’t really his thing like it was hers.
Continuing her way toward Ben, Rozzi came into her view. She was just going to offer her a smile as they passed, but when she stopped to actually talk, Kazzie was pleasantly surprised. “Yeah, I’m Kazzie,” she said establishing her identity. Although she came across as slightly awkward Kazzie didn’t quite mind it, she wanted to be this girl’s friend. “Yes, that’s exactly where we met. I made my awkward introduction and everything online.” She laughed acknowledging her own awkwardness. It was tough being the new girl, but she was working quickly to remove that title. So far, so good. Rozzi seemed like a good person, aside from the drama that surrounded an upperclassman and underage girl. However, Kazzie wasn’t about to judge her just by what she had heard. Thalia smiled and let go of Kegan's hand as soon as she saw Carol. She ran up to her little friend and embraced her in a tight hug. She laughed and pulled away from Carol looking her up and down. "I look great? You look great! Of course he's been treating me good. He's all I could ever ask for." She got a little louder on the last part of her sentence so he would hear her. She rolled her eyes as Kegan walked away and looked at Carol, " I don't know. The whole asshole brother of mine thing has been on his mind since Brielle threatened to bring him to court." She shrugged and looked over at Kegan and Wyatt.
"I hope you don't expect to be with Wyatt the whole night. I never get to see you anymore so that little bitch is not stealing you from me." She laughed slightly before looked at her friend again. "How are you guys though? You and Wyatt... Is everything going good for you too?" She asked running her hand through Carols hair and giving her a smile. It had been so long since her and Carol actually talked that she wanted to know everything. Just like it used to be where they both knew everything about one another... Now a days her ad Carol were pretty much strangers.
When Wyatt and Kegan walked back to them right a Wyatt was pulling away from kissing Carol she put his hand on his arm. "Hey. Yeah. This is girl time. Don't kiss and be all lovey to her. She's mine." She glared at Wyatt before laughing and grabbing Kegans drink and taking a sip out of it. "I have been dying for a drink for so long... Ill be right back, I'm going to go get my own." She said handing Kegan his drink , giving him a kiss on the cheek then heading over to the Keg to get her own. Once she grabbed a cup she began to fill up when she saw Max approaching her.
Max had been at the party for a while now. Flirting with any girl who would give him the time of day. He was already starting to get drunk and his words were starting to slur. "I'll be right back baby." He kissed the random blonde he was sitting net to on the cheek before going to fill his cup again. When he spotted his little sister he slung his arm around her shoulders almost making her spill her drink all over herself.
"Heeeeey little sister. How are you today? How's my little baby nephew?" Max played her hair a little screwing it up before beginning to kill up his cup again. "Where's the party at? The whole gang- crew, whatever you call your friend group... Your homies?" He raised an eye brow before laughing. He looked around until he spotted Kegan and Wyatt. It was like they were growing up too fast for him and he was older. He just didn't want to ruin his teenage years this early unlike they did. Kegan getting two girls pregnant, Wyatt falling madly in loved. Although he wanted love , he didn't want to lose himself in the process. So as of right now all he really wanted was someone to fuck and have fun with.
Thalia moved from Max before shrugging. "I'm going back to my friends. Have fun being drunk." She rolled her eyes before walking over to Kegan, Carol, and Wyatt. When she got over to them she wrapped her one arm around Kegans waist not much in a loving way but more of a wanting to get warm way. "Dick heads here." She announced to them pointing her head over to her socially drunk brother talking to anyone walking up to the Keg stand.

Upon seeing Max, Carol narrowed her eyes. She felt like their was a little ball of rage in her belly, just looking at her stupid face was enough to make her want to kill him. She pulled on Wyatt's arm to stand up, and before anyone could stop her, she made her way to Thalia's idiot brother. She stumbled a bit, still getting used to her leg, but once she was close enough, she grabbed his arm and pulled him around to face her. She was still ridiculously short in comparison, but that didn't stop her from pushing on his chest.
"You've got real nerve showing up here, Max," She said over the music. She had a reputation of picking fights with people who upset her, and since everyone knew about what happened between her sister and Max, a crowd started forming around her.
Kegan looked at Wyatt, sighing. He flanked Carol, getting ready to grab her at any second. He didn't think Max was stupid enough to hit her, because if he did he and Wyatt would both have to kick his ass. But he was going to let her scream as much as she wanted. He didn't want to be the one to get hit if he stopped her too early.

"I make every introduction awkward," she laughed. "It's nice to meet you in person, are you new here?" she asked, she hadn't heard of her before the day in the chat and maybe it was a question with an obvious answer, or maybe she just didn't know people that well either way she didn't know her and she seemed like someone that she would want to get to know. She saw Max walk in, and looked over for a second watching him stumble over, and wondered how she could ever be attracted to him, but at the same time felt a little bad for dumping him the other day and wanted to go save him, and keep him from getting in a fight
The first time she had seen him get into one she had made him stop and he said something about stopping for his girl, and that was when she knew that she wanted to be with him, before that it had just been him wanting to be with her, and some part of her wondered if she was completely over him. How could she not be? with all the lies he had told and the bad things he had done, and now showing up drunk at a party when ninety percent of the people wanted to hurt him? Well obviously he wasn't the brightest crayon in the box. She pushed the thought of saving him out of her head. He could fight his own battles, and besides she knew Wyatt wasn't going to let anyone fight him unless there was a damn good reason.
"Sam will you go get me a drink," she realized she was still holding his hand and then gave him a kiss hoping that he would get her one. She didn't want to think about all this, it was hard not to pay attention to it, but eventually she moved her eyes back to the girl she was talking to. Wasn't drinking how she ended up with Max anyway? Maybe that wasn't the best idea because when she was drunk then she tried to sleep with him, but it wasn't like that was going to happen again. That was the major mistake in the relationship was giving everything to him that easily, she wished she could take it back, but she couldn't go back in time and she had to get over that.
She didn't even know why she was still thinking about him, and it made her sad to think that he was probably going to get beat up, if not by Kegan, then by some other person that thought it was wrong to sleep with a thirteen year old girl, but maybe he deserved it. She was so tempted to go step in but part of her said no, the logical part said that she was over him, but her heart still wanted to help him and some part of her always would but maybe a drink would numb that feeling for the moment.
"I do what I want Thalia," he rolled his eyes when she said that it was girl talk. He didn't care, he wasn't going to let her do anything stupid like fighting with Max, the kid already had a chance of going to jail for a long time, someone there would make him cry. Didn't they hate rapists in those places? He didn't know the answer to that question, but it didn't matter. He had stopped being friends with Max a long time ago, and he had told Brielle that something like this was going to happen, and probably made her feel bad for having sex with him.
Speaking of that douche, when Thalia came back over and announced that he was here, Wyatt rolled his eyes again. "Babe stop," he said but she was already over there before he could grab her. Great. He really didn't want her trying to beat up Max she had just gotten her lag out of a cast and she didn't need another one, and he really hated the idea of anyone beating him up, at least where he knew about it. Max was drunk and she was probably going to go at him if someone didn't stop her. He wasn't sure how Max was going to react, but he was pretty sure it wasn't a good idea to yell mean things as a drunk person.
Honestly the idea of her doing anything to him scared her because he knew that if Max hit her back he was going to beat him up, for one any guy that hit a girl deserved to be hit back, and that was pretty much the only thing that would make him hit someone. Wanting to him them well that was another story. He'd wanted to hit so many people but never did. He couldn't bring himself to swing at someone because every time he did he felt like a horrible person.
He tried to grab Carol around the waist and pull her back. "You just got your cast off, do you want another one?" he asked in an annoyed tone. "And Max, I don't think it's best for you to be here right now, unless you wanna get beat up." He wasn't threatening him, instead he was being nice and telling him to leave before someone hit him. Wyatt could only handle so much of Max's stupidity and maybe if he was going to be here then he deserved to at least get yelled at and called names for what he did.

((My brain isn't working but I needed to respond. Im so sorry. )) Thalia rolled her eyes at Wyatt's stupidity before following Carol who was now on the verge of beating the shit out of her old brother. "Care, come on. He's not worth it." She groaned as Carol then pushed Max backwards. Max stumbled backwards but Thalia soon placed her hand on his arm to help him regain balance. "Max, go. Seriously. You're just going to end up doing something that you'll regret in the end. Try and be smart for at least five minutes of your life and leave." Max raised his arms in a way to show he wasn't trying to mess with Carol. "Look Carol. I know I shouldn't be here. But show some Christmas spirit! I'm here for the alchol . Not to fight with you or your little bitchy friends." He looked over at Wyatt and couldn't help but crack a smile and let out a dry laugh. "Really Parks? I'm going to get beat up? By who? You? Like you would lay a hand on me. I'd kick your ass all the way to fucking Mexico. And your girlfriend? She's probably the only one who would stand a chance kicking my ass because I can't hit a girl back. " He let out another laugh before taking a sip of his beer. Max stepped towards Wyatt and shoved him back a little bit. "And who the fuck are you anyways to tell me you think I should leave?" He huffed before looking over at Carol who looked like a little fire cracker ready to kick his ass at any time. Thalia moved from behind Kegan to her brothers side before grabbing his arm and jerking him to look at her . "Max, please go home." She looked her brother with hopeful eyes that he might actually listen for a change if he knew what's good for him.

“Because you sound so threatening when you can’t even stand up right,” Wyatt rolled his eyes. It was kind of funny that Max was threatening him since he was the one that was holding Carol back from killing him. “I don’t know what you’re threating me for anyway I’m on your side here.” He doubted his friendship with Max at this point. Max was the one that was bringing this on himself. He really wasn’t scared of Max, and if he didn’t hate violence he would have hit him already, but the fact that he didn’t like to see people get hurt was stopping him. It was so hard to be nice when all Max did was fuck things up. He had a comment for Max about not hitting girls thing but decided that it was a little harsh and that he should keep it to himself.
Fuck Christmas spirit he didn’t even like Christmas that much. So the fact that Max had said to have some Christmas spirit was beyond dumb. “Have some Christmas spirit?” He asked in an annoyed tone before Max shoved him. He really wanted to start a fight with someone that was helping him. He was such an idiot. “Christmas spirit obviously didn’t stop you from breaking a thirteen year old girl’s heart,” he rolled his eyes again. It was seriously a good thing that he was holding Carol back because if he wasn’t max would have gotten hit for that little shove, and he would have felt horrible for it later.
“You know I wouldn’t hit you because I hate violence, but that doesn’t mean someone else won’t the whole school heard about what you did to Brielle and I’m pretty sure a lot of them want to hit you for it, and yet you show up anyway, and make things worse for yourself so maybe you deserve it. Listen to your sister and go home, you don’t need any more drinks anyway.”
