Call him Mr. G, not "Mr. Garrett" -- it makes him feel old, also "G" is his favorite letter

Jason was never the tallest, the biggest kid growing up -- actually being bullied quite a lot, which drove him to start working out a lot more, taking Mui Thai classes and such, so he's grown pretty ripped, though not so much to the point where he'd be bulky. He has curly black hair, which he grows up to a point before cutting it. He likes to speak with his eyes a lot, making many different silly facial expressions, the emphasis coming from those brown eyes.
Personalty:
Jason is a no-bullshit type of teacher. He is all business, and though he seems fun and jokes around a lot, he will not take your shit. He doesn't tolerate disrespectful students and he will kick your ass out of class if you misbehave. He did not go through all those years of school only to get picked on again as a teacher -- in his class, he is the boss, and you better respect that role. He hates being interrupted. That is the one thing he hates above everything -- growing up at home, at school, nobody would listen to the guy. It irks him. You fall asleep in his class? Don't be surprised if he whips out his Nerf water gun and sprays you with it -- hell, there are no rules against doing that, not like you can do anything about it.
Overall, if you're well behaved and a good student, Jason's going to like you. You give him respect, he'll give you respect. He doesn't appreciate kiss-ups, he appreciates actual hard workers, kids who actually like his class, what he teaches. He isn't against having friendly relations with his students, he'll hang with them -- though not outside of school; he did not go through that painful stage of subbing classes only to lose his stable job as an actual permanent teacher at a real school.
As a person, Jason's pretty chill. He's not one to exclude anybody, being very kind-hearted and mellow -- he's the type to tease a lot in a friendship, which some may take to offense, though it only means that he likes you. He's very blunt and isn't afraid to voice his opinions on certain issues, but only at appropriate times.
