Baker lives with his Aunt and Uncle, but not exactly in their house. He lives in the space above their garage which was turned into a bit of an apartment just for him. It has a bathroom, but no kitchen. That's really the only reason he goes into their house.. it has all the food. But seriously everything else he could need is right at his fingertips. His bed, a TV, a computer, his game stations, the bathroom (shower included), a couch, all that. Plus, the family grill is right outside.

Tink signed off the chatroom and closed down her laptop. Was she really going to do this? Well, as usual she had very little else going on. Standing up she pulled a hoodie over her black tank top and checked her reflection in the mirror. Make-up done, hair nicely straightened. 'Yup, I'm gonna get me some cookies', she said, to her reflection, then smiled and headed out the door. Before getting in her car she texted Bo for the exact house number and phone number so that she could find Baker and his cookies that he kept bragging about. When she pulled up outside she switched off the engine and tapped Baker's number in to her phone. 'I'm here for the cookies', she tried to sound menacing but ended up giggling down the phone.

Baker closed his laptop only to immediately be startled by the buzzing of his cellphone. Flinching and practically falling out of his chair, he picked it up quite cautiously. Superstitions told him not to answer because it was probably a ghost.. but he answered anyway. "Hello?" but before he could even get the whole word out, a familiar voice was speaking of his cookies. "You.. Tink.. here?" bouncing out of his chair and running to the window, Baker pushed the curtain aside to see an unknown car now sitting in his driveway. "Fuckin Bo Costello," he said with a small smile, noting that there were in fact no ghosts and this girl really just wanted some of his wonderful cookies.
Hanging up, Baker headed down the tight staircase that lead to the lower floor of the garage. Taking the side door rather than the large overhead, Baker smiled at Tink. "This is my.. garage.." he said awkwardly, spreading his arms out around him. "Cookies are upstairs. I'm always happy for company." He watched her for a moment, taking note of her license plate number because that's what nerds do. He tugged at his black tee shirt a bit (it had a wolf's head on it with a sort of pink and purple galaxy pattern in the back), then looked down at his tan cargo shorts to make sure he'd remembered to put on pants.
It wouldn't have been the first time he'd left the house in just his boxers.

Tink had hung up the phone and gotten out of her bright pink car pretty quickly. Sitting alone in her car always made her kind of anxious. Like someone was going to jump in and ask her to drive them to a bank that they were going to rob or something. Ah, the things this girl worried about. As she stood on the driveway she looked around. This was a pretty nice place, but Bo had mentioned that Baker lived in the garage, which was kind of weird. The curtains shifted a little in a window upstairs and soon enough Baker appeared wearing a wolf shirt, which was cute, in a nerdy kind of way.
'I just had to come and see what all the fuss was about, these cookies better be good Baker', Tink smiled as she walked over. It was the first time she'd visited someone who didn't live in a dorm. It was quite exciting. The dorms were all sort of the same, so it'd be a nice change. Being the very forward person that she was Tink made her way past Baker and ran up the stairs.

"They're amazing," he said, being sure to put extra oomph into the way he said amazing. "Y'know those cookies you find at the store with the bright frosting and little sprinkles?" he asked, turning his head to watch her as she ran past him and up the stairs. He followed close behind. "Those ones that are like, really soft and airy and there's no other cookies that taste like them? Yea. I found the recipe. They rock."
Once the two had made it to the top of the stairs, Baker reached an arm inside to flick on the overhead lights. He'd been at his desk all day with just a small lamp on, but now since there were actual people over he figured he'd stop being a vampire. He even opened the curtains. "Welcome to my attic," he said after pulling up the curtains and tying them off. "Cookies are on the table," he said, pointing to the small coffee table in the corner of the room. He hoped she wasn't too disgusted by all his basketball equipment laying around.. His jersey was on the floor, his shorts, his shoes, his socks.. it was gross. But he didn't mind it.

'Those are like, my second favorite cookies ever!', Tink exclaimed, she stood over the plate of cookies. They did look good, and smelt good. Taking a moment or so to choose the most perfect looking one she picked it up and took a dainty bite. It was delicious. 'I can see why you were bragging about these Baker', Tink said, taking another bite. As she chewed she looked around the room thoughtfully. Typical boy space. It was cute, nothing really stuck out to her though. Without really thinking about if it'd be rude or not she sat down on his bed, still munching on cookie.

"Well," he said, looking down and brushing his chest off. "They don't call me Baker for nothing." Smiling, he took a cookie for himself and followed Tink, taking a seat next to her. But he noticed the basketball gear again and stood up, shoving the cookie into his mouth. Gathering his uniform in his arms, Baker frowned when he realized he had no where to put it. It had been sitting there because it wasn't laundry day yet and the laundry machines were one of few things that he didn't have in his room. Sighing through a mouthful of crumbs, Baker rolled the clothing into a ball and placed it beside the bookshelf. At least now she couldn't really see it..
To finish cleaning up the mess, Baker kicked his sneakers under his desk causing a picture frame to fall forward and smack the ground. He thanked god that that part of his floor was carpeted because it had been a picture of his parents and sister. And if that had broken.. well, he would've broken too. But alas, it was fine and he replaced it on his desk then headed back to the bed where he'd sat before. "So.. are the cookies all you wanted?" he asked with a smile. He was willing to take her into his aunt and uncle's house to play ping pong or something if she wanted. Or they could stay here and play xBox.. he didn't really care. He just liked company.

Tink let her eyes follow Baker around the room as he did his best to tidy up. The mess hadn't been bothering her though. In fact, her dorm room at this moment was probably ten times worse. When Baker sat back down she stood up and got another cookie then wandered over to the desk.
'No! I wanted to come and hang out', Tink laughed, 'I'm not just going to take your cookies and abandon you', she added. Stuffing the rest of her cookie in her mouth she bent down a little to get a good look at the picture that Baker had just knocked over. Something was telling her not to say anything about the people in the picture. They were obviously family. Mom, dad, sister. There was a reason Baker was living with his Aunt and Uncle though right?
'Is this your sister?', Tink asked standing up again and turning to face Baker, 'She's really pretty'.

"Yeaaa," Baker said, clapping his hands together in his lap, smiling over at Tink. "My sister Aubree. And that's my mom and dad." Standing, he did as she had and got another cookie. Once he'd shoved the whole thing in his mouth, he stood beside her and looked at the picture. Then, rather slowly, he pointed to the picture beside it. "That's my brother Henry," he said, then returned to the bed.
Sitting, Baker was already preparing himself for the questions about what had happened to them. But he wasn't going to go into a big sob story. That'd be awkward. The girl came to hang out and eat cookies, not discuss his dead family. He could talk about Henry, tho. Henry was still alive. That was at least a slightly happier story to tell.

'I didn't know you had a brother', Tink replied, examining the photo. Then again, she didn't know much about Baker anyway. It was actually a little odd that she'd come over, normally she knew people a little better before she invaded their homes. ooc; Sorry, short reply.
