A luxury bus to take them to a winter wonderland probably sounded like a pretty fun time in theory but it actually ended up being completely and totally miserable or at least it was for Lorelai. It wasn't like the bus didn't have all of the promised amenities or even that the seats weren't just as comfortable as promised. Nope, it was because her damn sister had spent the entire drive in the bathroom puking because her damn fetus. It wasn't her fault and she understood that but it didn't make it any less irritating especially when it suddenly became her, Peyton and Cooper's job to keep Cassidy under control. Did anyone realize how difficult that it is to keep a ten month old entertained on a long trip? It would have been fifty times easier if Esme would have allowed them to remove the little girl from her car seat but she was so damn hung up about 'safety first' that she wasn't even thinking about what was easiest! What kind of a mother was she? Okay she was actually a quite lovely mother and Jonathan was doing an excellent job as a father so maybe she shouldn't mentally call them bad parents just because they were taking what she viewed as overprotective precautions.
"Are we there yet? Oh my God like can he seriously not drive any faster than this?" Cooper wasn't typically this way when it came to road trips and he actually rather enjoyed tending to his niece while his sister was puking but he really seriously had to pee like nobody's business. "Cooper, be quiet like really nobody cares. I don't think that there is one person on this bus who you haven't seriously pissed of in the last month and a half so just shut the fuck up for five minutes so I can watch this overly attached girlfriend video on YouTube." Peyton and Cooper had been snipping at each other for the majority of the ride leaving Lorelai awkwardly in the middle but such is life as a Reynolds. "Cici, your aunt and uncle aren't usually so crazy... I promise." She'd been talking to the infant like she was a real human and not like she was just a little baby which she thought would help their bond as niece and aunt. It seemed like she was always with Michael or Anthony when Jon and Esme needed a babysitter so this time together was rare.
Sure she'd rather be talking to her boyfriend right now but they had this whole trip to spend time alone together. "We're here." The bus driver sounded obviously frazzled as he stopped the bus and opened the door for everyone to get off. Lorelai stayed on for a couple of minutes and handed her niece back to her mother before scooping her little husky puppy up in her arms. She figured that if Esme was allowed to bring a real human baby then she should be allowed to bring her furry baby! Plus she knew that Boo would love the snow - he started prancing around the second that she placed him on the ground. "See! I told you that he would love it, Cooper!" Damn Cooper being a non-believer. "Martin, wanna take Boo for a walk with me and we can explore the area a little bit?"

Spending the entire drive here in the bathroom vomiting hadn't exactly been on Esme's list of things to do but she wasn't going to let that ruin this trip or Cici's first Christmas. Her father hadn't paid for this trip for her to pout about motion sickness! He'd done this whole thing (in her mind) because he knew how important that it was for his granddaughter to have the perfect early memories of her childhood or at least pictures showing all of the fun times if she really couldn't remember this at all. "Thanks Lore.." She did feel just a little bit bad that her youngest sister had to tend to her spawnling but she didn't seem to mind too much plus she could always pay her later on if she asked about it. She didn't expect free childcare just because she was family! She even typically offered to pay Michael, Mark and Anthony when they helped out. She'd made the choice to make a baby (soon to be two babies since she had one in her uterus) and it was only her and Jonathan who were obligated to take care of her.
"No problem." Lorelai was soon off of the bus and taking little Boo for a walk in the snow so the redhead turned her attention to the tiny human in her arms. "Cici, do you wanna play in the snow?" Was that even safe? Or would she get attacked by a wolf or something? She'd seen that weird horror movie Frozen! She decided to take the risk and set her tiny daughter on the snow only to discover that she didn't really understand how to stand up in the fluffy stuff. She'd obviously been in the snow before since it did snow in New York but there typically wasn't this much so she could understand why she didn't understand this. "Honey.. Careful." She knew that it was time to just let her do her own thing and figure out walking on her own but she just kept falling on her butt! Thank goodness for those cute little padded diapers.
She probably couldn't get hurt but she was still basically hovering over her with her hands ready to catch her if she were to slip even just a little bit. Nothing ruined the holidays like an injured baby! "Cassidy Russel, be careful." She was ten months old; she did what she wanted which was apparently to try and climb the steps up to the entrance. "Cici no." She lifted her little girl up and, as expected, she started up in her hysterics. The tantrums were a cool new thing that she was starting, "And y'all should take this as reason not to have children." Sure she loved being a mother but a red faced crying infant was less than adorable or appealing.

[ www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=89311476 ] When Esme had invited her on the trip she was a little hesitant. Of course, when mentioning Anthony would be going as well it really sealed the deal. It wasn’t that she was clingy and needed him to survive; she just couldn’t imagine spending over a week without seeing him. She was quite pleased by the group that would be attending. She knew a majority of the people, and even the ones she didn’t know she didn’t quite mind. As long as people kept everything in their pants and their fists to themselves, everything would be smooth sailing. Besides, her man was there, so how difficult could it be. Sure, she hadn’t exactly planned out how a risqué game of truth or dare would go, but she would figure it out when she got to the bridge. The bus trip has been very pleasant, but mostly because she spent most of the trip sleeping. She got motion sickness sometimes, so sleeping always helped. Sure she took Dramamine for it, but that didn’t always cure it. However, having Anthony occupy the seat next to her the entire trip was quite lovely. He was his usual goofy self, and he even let her play with his hair. Throughout the trip they had spent turns sleeping on each other’s shoulder and holding hands. Honestly, she was quite happy with the way the trip was going. At that moment Anthony was snuggling up to her chest as she had her back to the window. His arms were wrapped around her mid-drift tightly. She had one hand resting on the top of his head and the other around his shoulders. He may or may not have been drooling too, but he looked so peaceful that she wouldn’t disturb him. Someone had announced that they were pulling into the resort, and Kazzie looked through the window across the isle. The place was huge, and really a winter wonderland. She decided that was a good time to wake him up, before everyone else got loud with excitement. She shook him lightly before placing a kiss on his forehead,” wake up, sleepy head. We’re here.” Of course all he did was snuggle in closer before sitting up in his chair. Kazzie chocked back a laugh at the sight of his wild bed hair. As they pulled up to the front Kazzie pulled her white jacket on along with her gloves, hat, and scarf. She wasn’t trying to freeze out in the cold. Stepping off the bus, the cold air hit her face and sent a shiver down her spine. The air was so fresh and crisp. She smiled at the sight of Cici in the snow, it was going to be the little girl’s first Christmas. Kazzie felt honored to be a part of the special occasion, making Christmas matter again. Holding Anthony’s hand, she followed suit after Esme.

Usually Martin never accepted invitations from Lorelai whenever there were other people around. He wasn't exactly incredibly anti-social but he had this mentally where he felt superior to most folks. Throughout the whole trip he spent this time looking out the window and ignoring everyone. Well, occasionally stealing a glance at Lorelai and realizing how awkward she looked sitting with her siblings and talking to a baby. He didn't understand why she didn't just sit beside him. Surely she had a reason and he wasn't going to fret about it. Martin actually trusted Lorelai and her feelings for him. Simply because no one ever really showed so much interest in him and it made him smile.
What didn't make Martin smile, however, was stupid Mark's annoying laughing and yelling and singing. His face was a nuisance at it was and he didn't get why the guy didn't come with an off button. Or maybe a pause? He didn't care if was wealthy or whoever he was the offspring of. He and his dumb brother Alan were just tweedle-dee and tweedle dum.
Once the bus had come to stop, Martin almost got on his knees and prayed. He was one of the first to get out of the vehicle and jump down to the snow. It was incredibly chilly but Martin was used to being cold - in the literal and figurative sense. He turned to Lorelai once she called out to him. Oscar was the only person from Mark's family he could tolerate and it was simply because he didn't have his last name. He bid him farewell as he was the one he was sitting next to during the ride. "Had fun sitting next to your siblings?" Martin teased Lorelai knowing she wasn't having the best time. He opened up his arms and brought her in for a big, warm hug. He didn't ask her why she didn't sit next to him during the ride because she was here with him and he didn't want to sound like, he wanted to be stuck to her like glue.
Martin gently kissed the top of her head before letting go of her and looking to Boo. He looked to her and laughed before nodding, "Alright. Let's go." he took her hand in his and began walking toward the trail.

[ www.polyvore.com/canada2/set?id=89314431 ] This was going to be Chloe’s first Christmas without her brother. She almost hadn’t gone, but Augustus had reassured her that he would be okay. Even now she was still a little regretful. She had never been away from her brother, and it was really getting to her. Of course she had gotten him a million presents before she left, most of them saying ‘number one brother’ or ‘best brother in the entire world’. She didn’t like to buy him clothes because they were wealthy, and he could buy whatever he wanted. She did make him a lot of thing by hand, like vases, or paintings. Sure they were all corny and not very good, but she made them with her heart. It had been Charles who invited her on the trip after they had been paired up for the baby assignment. They had decided to name the twins Leona and Paula; well Charles wanted to name them the male counterpart names, so they compromised. She was thankful that they didn’t have to bring the kids with them on the trip. She knew Charles wouldn’t have helped her, and she would’ve been miserable the entire trip. She was surprised Augustus had even let her go with that many people on the trip. She figured he thought she couldn’t get into that much trouble, it was Canada after all. The bus trip had been particularly cold for Chloe, and even now she was freezing. Chloe didn’t remember falling asleep, but whatever she was snuggling up to was extremely warm. Wait snuggling up to? Her blue eyes shot open and she blinked a few times before awkwardly sitting up in her seat and off of Charles. “Sorry,” she said quietly fixing her hair and placing her hands in her lap. They had about another half hour to go which consisted mostly of Charles's funny remarks and telling her how her brother was more attractive than her. It was true though. Many girls made comments about her older brother, but she just ignored them. Besides, she was still young and there was time for her to develop. Finally, they were at the resort. Chloe leaned over Charles to peak through the window,” whoa…” She had never been to such a beautiful place. She had been skiing with her old foster family, but never at a resort like this. She felt like she was being spoiled and she tried to take in everything before her eyes. Chloe was quick to get off the bus and into the snow. A huge smile was plastered on her face as she grabbed a handful of snow and through it up in the air above her. “It’s so beautiful outside,” she remarked softly to her, eyes wide in amazement.

Watching Martin squirm around in his seat while his cousin sang his lungs out in the back of the bus was a little entertaining. Oscar got the seat by the window and he wasn't bothered by anything due to the fact that he was wearing his headphones and just drifting. He was thinking about how relaxing this trip was going to be. What Oscar really wanted to do was snowboard. It was always fun and it was must thing to do on a ski trip. He wondered if Peyton knew how to snowboard but if she didn't then he'd try teaching her. What also came to mind was their ice skating - date? It wasn't a date. Simply because he and Peyton were not dating. Although her words really got him to thinking and obviously she wasn't talking about her dog. Speaking of her dog, did she really bring the toy dog to the trip?
Oscar opened an eye and rose a brow as he saw the dog with Peyton. She was truly this beautiful and eccentric young lady. Everything about her was so interesting and she wasn't afraid to speak her mind which really fascinated Oscar. He liked people who were outspoken because he felt like those type of folks had a really peaceful mind because they're always telling the truth. It made Oscar's heart skip a beat whenever Peyton defended him or scared away girls because it meant that she was probably really interested in him. And wow, how awesome was that?
Once he had gotten out of the bus, Oscar looked around and looked for her. He waved at Martin when he rushed toward Lorelai. It was funny how the two of them were dating the sisters. "Peyton, hey." he said once he had spotted her.

( www.polyvore.com/six_outfits_in_one_ski/set?id=89313346 - Jon, Lacey, Geronimo, Estelle, Anthony, Reina
www.polyvore.com/aliana_ski_trip/set?id=89315392 - Aliana)Jon was looking forward to this trip, getting to spend some time with his friends, his family, get out of New York for a while... not that he didn't love it, but it was nice to have a change of scenery every once in a while, get a breath of fresh air, and being there with his wife, child, and boys? What more could he ask for? He slid an arm around Esme as they were out of the bus, knowing the cold must be a bitch to handle being pregnant. Or was it? He wasn't particularly sure, he didn't attend class when Crystal had them use the pregnancy simulators... Anthony was especially happy to be spending his time up there in the cabin with Kazzie. Gave them a chance to test just how strong that connection was, ja feel? Spending time together up in the mountains, away from home, if you could survive that, your relationship could survive anything. He murmured a little when she woke him up, a bit too comfortable in her arms, "No... you're warm..." he uttered, until it was time for him to actually get up, and he smiled up at the girl, scratching the back of his head and clutching onto her hand as they got off of the bus and the feeling of the cold immediately struck his face and he woke up a little more, and continued on following everyone else. Lacey was a bit of a grump most of the ride over there, what with the fact that she had gotten stuck sitting with Geronimo and he had fallen asleep on her. She had to stay in an uncomfortable position the entire first hour before she decided she just had to deal and let herself fall asleep as well, until she realized her head had been leaning on his shoulder, which, in turn, she pushed him away for doing so. " Don't fuckin' touch me." she'd said, shaking him away and leaning to the opposite side, against the closed window, until she felt how cold it was and decided to stay awake and sit up until they arrived there. "You were touching me," Geronimo scrunched his eyebrows. Rude. She should feel lucky knowing I'm one of her only friends here. He shrugged it off, offering to carry Lacey's bags as they started boarding off the bus, but she refused, taking them herself, as they all began to walk along with the others towards the cabin. Geronimo just wanted to get inside and drink some hot chocolate and maybe flirt with a few cute girls, was that too much to ask? He'd been stuck on the bus being treated like a piece of shit for however many hours that he was feeling extremely antsy. Aliana had grown so tired of her and Wyatt's baby simulator thingy crying every hour to the point where she decided to just smush it in with the rest of her shit inside of her suitcase, in order to muffle the noise. She'd deal with the consequences with Crystal later, she just needed some sleep. How was she supposed to enjoy this ski trip with this fake baby on her hands? Wyatt wasn't exactly the best fake baby daddy, but she still needed him, being that she didn't want to be stuck with Pizza for the next week or so all by herself, changing its fake diaper and hearing it cry at ungodly hours of the night. Once they finally got to their destination, she got off the bus, excitedly, but once her suitcase hit the floor, she heard the crying again and she groaned, tilting her head back and whining, " I hate this fucking thing why won't it die?" "Should've left it with Esme's dad's nanny," Estelle shrugged with a smug smile on her face as she walked passed Aliana, giggling slightly. This trip would be fun, she didn't even have to take care of fake baby Calvin for most of it! So she didn't feel obligated to spend time with fake baby daddy Cooper, and got to spend most of her time with her lovely boyfriend. Gene had been so supportive after she'd taken that bullet to her groin, helping her out as she let it heal... she really didn't know what she had done to deserve such a great guy treating her so good. Well, okay, she saved his sister's life... but before that. Estelle always felt like she needed to do something more to show her appreciation for him, and she was going to show him just how much he meant to her this entire trip, she swore it. Reina sort of just laughed in return at Estelle's remark to Aliana as she boarded off the bus, then looked ahead to Cooper, cocking her head to the side, and trying to make her way to catch up to him through the snow, lightly tapping his shoulder and leaning in to mutter into his ear, " Thanks for inviting me," she lowered her eyes for a second before averting them up to meet his and smiling. She was a new girl, and though she didn't know very many people yet, she was happy to know she was likable enough to have been invited on a trip with plenty of others. What a way to get acquainted, right? Get in with the crowd. She could use this to her advantage.

Wyatt probably thanked Esme for inviting him more times than were needed, and then he ended up thinking about how he would have been all snuggly with Carl the whole ride up here. It was a depressing thought to have, because he was really trying his hardest to get over her, and maybe this was going to help. It was weird to not have her around and he was starting to miss her, but he didn’t bother trying to call her again because all he got was a, “the customer you are trying to reach is not available please try your call again later” so he gave up on that.
Besides he had forgotten how fun it was to be single, and he was kind of liking it. Well for the most part, unless he started thinking about Carol and then he ended up telling himself that she was a bitch anyway. So he ended up sleeping most of the time, and when they told him it was time to get out, he tried to fix his hair as best as he could and got out to find Aliana yelling at Pizza.
“You know that’s probably why it doesn’t like you,” he said when she asked why it wouldn’t die. He knew he wasn’t the best fake father on earth, well really he wasn’t the best father to the baby. He could care less about it, and when it cried all he did was yell at it to shut up, or shove it under a pillow so it was kind of muffled. Well he actually did feed it when it got too annoying. “Maybe we should just bury it in the snow?” he said, part of him was being serious because he hated it, it was annoying and cried in the middle of the night and woke him up, and he already knew he didn’t want kids. So it was kind of pointless.

The bus trip was really long, and Stormy had started out full of energy after she drank a can of monster for breakfast, but then she ended up getting really tired and ended up putting music on and falling asleep. She had really hated long rides in anything when she was a kid and her mom dragged her to all those dance competitions that were super far away, but she found out that the trick was just to sleep through the entire thing. It made it not feel like it took a thousand years too. She did laugh at Mark’s singing though. She didn’t really know what was going on with her outfit. She was trying to be comfy at first, but then she realized that she packed her boots and didn’t want to unpack them so she found another pair of shoes. Sweat pants as always and a sweater, because why not? She also wore a jacket because it was going to be cold. Obviously.
When someone mentioned that they were there, she finally decided to pay attention to everything that was going on, and looked out the window to find that it actually looked really pretty outside. She had never learned how to ski but that was on her list of things to do during this trip. She was almost afraid to go outside because she knew it was going to be cold, but once she caught up with Lacey and Geronimo in the it wasn’t that bad. She said hi to her friends and then yawned she was still really tired, and she didn’t know why considering she had been sleeping most of the way there.

"Baby Pizza does too love me!" Aliana protested, but her statement failed to show validity when the baby began to cry inside her suitcase again, and she groaned. So, she wasn't a good fake mother to it. It wasn't a real baby! She honestly didn't feel obligated to mother it at all -- give her a real baby, and she might actually try. Not that she was suggesting Crystal should have given them real babies, that would've been insane. Teenagers stuck with real human life forms that needed to be fed and bathed and pooped actual poop? No thank you.
She sort of just gave Wyatt a look when he suggested burying it in the snow, though she deeply considered it for a second or two before shaking her head, "Our baby is going to grow up to be a whore because her dad didn't love her!" she shot back, continuing to move her suitcase through the snow as she walked, despite the crying getting worse and continuing the more she did, "God, this thing is annoying, why won't it's batteries die?"
